I ordered some food bowl covers from Rocket Commerce on June 13, 2020. I received an email saying a delivery was on the way on July 17, 2020. It is now August 17, 2020. My bank account has been charged and I have still not received them. ! Please either send my merchandise or refund my money. I rely solely on Disability and cannot afford to spend money on something I didn’t receive!

I just recently made a purchase of 2 iPhone cables with 1 free. Then I received an Confirmation email with order number and delivery# with no other shipment information. No link able to find on the email for contact. The only contact info is an email address ([email protected])
Try to email them with question the only reply email is:

No confirmation email from them but money has been taken.
Still no delivery from them and definitely not even one email. Who are these people . I am a pensioner and money doesn,t come easy and these scammers just come along and con you out of cash. Will I ever get what I ordered, doesn,t look promising. Cannot even contact them to find out what is going on. Anyone out there know their email address.

Ordered phone charger lead took the money but never received goods. They kept giving me shipment tracking numbers , these turned out to be bogus. This firm should be prosecuted for theft/fraud. Many other people have been scammed with similar stories. How much are these people making at the expense of others. Checked the company out looks like it is run buy husband and wife from same address.

I ordered charging cables on June 25th and received shipping confirmation on July 1st. On July 30th I emailed them and they did reply assuring me of delivery giving me a tracking link. This link couldn’t find record of shipment and still can’t. Another email got another reply assuring me of delivery. In fairness I am getting a reply to all emails but no action.

Today, I was contacted by Rocket due to the fact that I disputed the transaction with my credit card company (same bs about already having shipped the product). They will not offer a refund. Definitely scam operation!
