Claimed that I owed on a loan of $450 and that I owe $782 with interest. This place stated if I didn't pay they would sue me for over $3000 to $7000. Then proceeded to work out two payments of 218 every month… but they led me to make a payment not $25 to stop legal fees…. Definitely was a scam from *********** that went out of business well over ten years ago

I was called by a Gina Martinez for a debt I apparently owed to Check N Go and made a settlement arrangement to pay $100.00 in which I paid 6/23/26, and set up two payment arrangements for $223.97 for 7/17/26 which was paid and another for $223.97 my following pay period. I was only able to pay $111.00 on 8/4/26 and set up a final arrangement to pay what's left of $112.67 on 8/14/26. Upon googling the debt collector I found out they are a scam and refused to give their address.
