I ordered an item. The item shipped wasn't what was described. I emailed them to request a return/refund. They gave me the run around. The store site says they're in Nashville, TN; but the return address is United Kingdom.

I ordered 3 plus size dresses in my normal size from the website Curve & Bloom. I placed the order on September 17, 2026 and it took til October 3, 2026 to receive them. The dresses were of poor quality and did not fit. I contacted the company via email as advised to receive authorization to return the dresses. Company states until authorization is received they will not provide the address where the dresses should be returned. Return window is 30 days from date of receipt. They wanted me to provide them with measurements of dresses, photo of size tag of each dress and pictures showing the fit. I sent an return email advising them that this was not acceptable since they knew what size dresses were ordered and the measurements they provide in their ad. To date I have not received any other email giving authorization.
