I ordered a dress that did not match the picture. Design is different and its unfinished. I had to email them 3 times and include photos of the dress before they would provide a return email. They offered 15% of the purchase price or return back to china and I have to pay postage and tracking. They also refused to provide a return address until I provided photos of the dress. Their website listed a new york address.
