After opening my LLC in Minnesota, I received a letter in the mail stated "2025 Certificate of Good Standing Request Form" asking me to send in a check for $98.50 to get a certificate of good standing sent. I sent in the check in March and it was cashed. I never received anything in the mail. Several follow up calls have reached a "representative" who takes down my information and promises someone will give me a call back and I never get anything back. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Received an invoice via US mail addressed to **** ***** ******** *********** with my home address. Invoice stated it was for a "certificate of good standing" and had an identification # of ************* for my supposed business. I have no such business as stated on the invoice. Googled the address and it came up as a UPS store location.

I received a piece of mail claiming that my business may be required to have a Minnesota Certificate of Good Standing to renew my business license or for other business purposes. They said the certificate "is issued by the secretary of State" and "bears the official seal of the Minnesota Secretary of State" and would show the official evidence of my existence. The form then asks for $82.50 to be enclosed in the envelope and sent to 1360 University Ave Suite 104-119, which is a UPS Store.
