Ordered dress came from China weeks later. The dress was really small and not the same as it looked on the website. They use shopify for payments. It says 30 day money back guarantee but its not true. They charge 20% restocking fee and you to cover the shipping charges to Asia which costs more than the dress.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $49.99. Then the question popped up asking me if I'd like a discount. I said yes. I figured it was going to apply to my initial order, but instead they placed a 2nd order the exact same pair of shoes and put the discount on those. I didn't want nor need a 2nd pair of shoes! They send me an "updated" receipt for $89.01. I tried to cancel the order. Numerous emails and phone calls were ignored for 10 hours. I finally get an automated message claiming it's against their policy to give refunds! Their policy also said orders could be canceled within 30 minutes. I made every effort to cancel in that 30 minute window. Their "fake" discount and inability to be responsive to my complaint and demand for refund is very deceptive! I contacted my bank who has initiated a provisional refund for the 2nd pair of shoes but after dealing with this store, I feel so traumatized and disgusted that I want ALL of my money back!
