Beware

I used this company to remove me from a timeshare. They will not provide any proof of getting out of the timeshare. It has not hit my credit, and they are giving me the run around. They told me they would resolve the issue if I remove a past negative review I wrote. I removed the negative review, and they have done nothing but give me the run around and try to buy time. Their resolution is to leave me with a credit hit and remove me as a client and give a refund. That is great for them but leaves me stuck. This company appears to have a very good scam going and even has an attorney's name attached, which is shocking. I even tried to email him and got no response.

Update: company worked with me to resolve the misunderstanding.

I was told by Patrick that I would be absolved from my timeshare and they would file a form with the court on my behalf however I am not able to locate this form anywhere or find any filings related to my timeshare. How can I be absolved without proof. I have not paid them any money upfront but I can't help but feel it is a scam.

Very disappointing and Patrick the sales person was condescending when asking questions. If you want me to spend money I want answers to my questions. You can not review documents before signing. I’ve never signed a legal document without a review. I smell a scam. Said” you’re not smart enough to understand the legal documents”. And only he could explain them.
