Report

I made a purchase with this online company and the item I received was not as described, it was dirty and looked used. Their website states that refunds are honored within 30 days and to email them at [email protected] and they will respond within one business day. I've now sent four emails about a refund and have not received any response. I did google this company after I received a bad product and they are scammers according to other comments. The order number is ********.
