Asked for a "Christine Coffee" who apparently had our current home number about 15 years ago. Why would any collection agency call a number asking for a person who hadn't had this number in at least 10 years. Something is wrong; in addition, I called the number back numerous times in hopes to get contact info about this so-called business and they seemed suspicious with providing any information about their company; yet they attempted numerous times to get mine. Something is wrong They called my number from a (330) 510-2195, yesterday 3/9/2026 @ 10:26 AM and today @ 12:03 PM and this is when I listened to the robocall and learned they were calling the wrong number.

This false company kept calling from what appeared to be a local number to my area. They called daily from 716-647-6546. They claimed to be a mediation office asking for my attorney info before the court date was set for action filed against me due to non payment of an old ambulance bill. They had my FULL social security number and read it off to me without being prompted. They had some of my former addresses. They said they are a mediation office and that they could close the case if the debt were paid.
