A person by the name of Jeff called from a local number 281-407-5010 stating a summons is scheduled to come to me. The number was called to inquire about this summons. The person stated my social, address and email and it was in reference to an old Chase account that still had a balance. I informed Casey Thomas this is an account that is over 15 years old and has been paid off. She stated that there was still a balance on the account of $2025.70. I stopped communications and asked for her direct number and mailing address as well as company name. I was given Associate Access Recovery at 1449 Whalley Ave New Haven, CT 06515 and telephone# 833-540-2463. In searching the address given it is the actual address for USPS in New Haven. The number Jeff called from is actually listed to a Sarah Thomas 281-407-5010. This Jeff person also left a message on my home # to call 833-381-2509. What is strange I called the 281-407-5010 and asked for Sarah who the number came up as owner when searched. I asked for Sarah the person answered said okay I will transfer you. I was transferred to the voice mail of the person I had originally spoken with Casey Thomas.

This # called me but I missed it. When I called back, a man angerly answered claiming this name. I asked what he wanted as this number called me, he hung up.

Asked for a "Christine Coffee" who apparently had our current home number about 15 years ago. Why would any collection agency call a number asking for a person who hadn't had this number in at least 10 years. Something is wrong; in addition, I called the number back numerous times in hopes to get contact info about this so-called business and they seemed suspicious with providing any information about their company; yet they attempted numerous times to get mine. Something is wrong They called my number from a (330) 510-2195, yesterday 3/9/2026 @ 10:26 AM and today @ 12:03 PM and this is when I listened to the robocall and learned they were calling the wrong number.

This false company kept calling from what appeared to be a local number to my area. They called daily from 716-647-6546. They claimed to be a mediation office asking for my attorney info before the court date was set for action filed against me due to non payment of an old ambulance bill. They had my FULL social security number and read it off to me without being prompted. They had some of my former addresses. They said they are a mediation office and that they could close the case if the debt were paid.
