Purchased product. I paid with debit. Bank statement came in with additional charge of $39.99. When I saw that additional charge I called the company. I was told it was for membership and sales. I've called them 4 times. The first three times I was told I would get reimbursed. The fourth time I called, the number is no longer available.

On June 26, 2026 I made a purchase on Zapostore.com of 34.96. I was asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty for nail protection of 9.99 which was through kelvoshop.com.

I authorized these two charges.

On July 15, 2026 there was a charge made on my debit card of 39.99 which was not authorized.

I was notified by my bank of this charge and reported it as fraudulent. I am now having to get a new card issued.

Ive been seeing "zapostore com" charges on my card and i didnt recognize them so I called and reported the transaction. They sent me a new card and it happened again so they restricted the account temporarily. Now its happening again for a third time. Over the course of a month they have taken $100.
