Type of a scam Online Purchase

The description on the website was, "Jesus Cross Metal Sign Christ Wall Art Decor (Height of 18 inches)." I received a plastic cross, maybe 5 mm thick that was less than 12 inches and it was even taped to a cardboard coz it was broken in 2-3 places. Then, I contacted the email on their contact information which is [email protected] and had multiple communications since 11/6/24. Mind you, my order was from 9/27/24 and received my order in November. I messaged the supplier right away and someone has been messaging back wanting me to accept a lesser refund or send the wrong product back at my cost. I disagreed and also communicated through Paypal since that is how I paid for my order. Today, Paypal closed my dispute and said I didn't escalate it early enough to continue the dispute. I tried to chat or call Paypal and had a hard time with their system. So, I called my cc company and filed my complaint. They gave me my refund, but, I want to make sure no one else goes through what I went through, so I'm reporting it to you.
