I received 2 calls from the above number last week, no messages were left and I just deleted the calls. Today they called twice, and left a voicemail on the second call. This is what the voicemail said: “We reaching out to ******* ***** ***** (pronounced incorrectly, and sounded like ‘Larson’) this is a final attempt to assist you with resolving your matter in our office before we approve the status of filing the claim against you out of (said my county’s name) county to avoid the order against your assets please contact our office immediately at 520-675-1288 that number again is 520-675-1288 thank you.”

I blocked and deleted the above number. I also googled the phone number. There were several sites, including BBB, stating 520-675-1288 was linked to a scam. I usually just delete &/or block numbers like this. But this one felt more aggressive because they keep calling back even though I’m ignoring them.

This is the most obvious scam. Phone call from a guy using a spoofed local number (super rural Washington) but had a pretty obvious Filipino accent. He left me a message but did not identify who he was or who he worked for. He alluded that they were going to “serve” my mother and needed me to call back to “prevent further action” or some other vaguely threatening nonsense. My mother is 60 and just goes to work and hangs out with her cat, she’s not out there incurring debts or committing crimes. He asked me to call back at 951-808-5640.

Women from a place called document servers called my step sister in Florida and me in Oregon at the same time from different numbers,each in our own state, claiming that this was proof of them trying to contact me and that they were trying to reach me so they could send me some important papers to sign. I was told, as was my sister to call this number and given a reference number for important legal documents but was not given any type of name for the company. I do not appreciate them reaching out to family members I haven't spoken to in 20 years and scaring them. When they called the number they said something about being arbitration but i dont have anything that would deem that service. I do have a copy of the visual voicemail that was left on my sister's phone

Individual called indicating that my family member needed to call 888-597-0073 about a legal issue. If the family member did not respond, they would file legal documents against them. They gave a case number, but did not give their name or what the nature of the complaint was about.

I got a call from Michael fields for 2 days his number he game me was 323 433 1533 and 844 503 4657. I returned the call as I was in the hospital after surgery and he kept calling he said I owed a bill I said what is the address for this bill he gave me my childhood address which I moved from at 13 I said there is no way I moved after an abuse allegation he replaced I can see why then called me a b[censored] and told me I was going to be served it shocked me and my nurse that was with me. He said I owe him money and started yelling, he then hung up, it was so weird. I called back the next day to get more information and spoke to someone else who would not give me his name and then said listen slick b[censored] I got one [censored] you, I was like I just asked what was going on. The next I called and spoke to Morgan Shaw she said that her boss who is Scott Erickson would get back to me I said I would like to know more about my case, and she was just the receptionist and can’t look up that information. Scott did not call me. I called 2 days later and spoke to Amanda I said can you look at my file, and she said I am, and I asked to speak to Scott she said he is not in the office till Monday I said where is your company located, and she hung up the phone. I am trying to at least get in touch to find out if this is a scam when asking anything about this case they have nothing on me and won’t give me any information nor their names this is a fake company they do not record their calls though they say they do and if they do, it’s illegal because they do not tell you it’s on a recorded line. I am not looking to reach others with similar issues so I can start a lawsuit for harassment and alleged violence to hit a woman, as Michael fields said he would do. When Morgan Shaw said she could not see my account because she was the receptionist I did not believe it because she said she couldn’t see notes, but when I asked Amanda if I could speak to the receptionist trying to get a hold of Scott, she said they did not have one. I would like to know why they are using peoples phone numbers to call me and if that is Michael’s phone number I would like to give it to the attorney so that he may use it accordingly and find out who these scammers are please if anyone has any info on this company I would really appreciate someone to really out! Thank you

I received the following voicemail: "Hello this message is intended for ***** ******. My name is ********* ***** and I am calling in regards to a formal complaint that has been filed. It is imperative that I speak with you or your attornet by the close of business today. Please contact me at my office at 844-503-4657 thank you..."

I do not recognize either name. The voicemail was I woman's voice. I still have it in my phone if you need it.

They gave a reference number and used my home address a place they were going to attempt to deliver some type of legal documents, and they would only make 2 attempts and then I would be in some sort of legal trouble.

Voicemail left for me as well as my family members. Trying to locate me to inform me that they would be making an attempt to deliver some documentation. Either to my residence or place of employment. They knew how old I am as well as the street address of my residence. They are requesting two forms of ID. If I needed to make further arrangements I should call 425-336-7432. They provided a “case” number.

Caller called my exwife (divorced in 2007) and left a voicemail stating they were looking for me by full name. Stated that this was an official call (no names given) and by it beingman official call i have therefore been notified they are trying to "locate" me. It didnt spund right so i looked up the only identifying information (phone number) and it led me to the ScamPulse.com that listed the same number under scams.
