7am daily same number calls stating they are with a law office but wont give the company name or the person callings information. They say I need to confirm my personal information before proceeding for legal court documents to be sent. They want money so I "dont get put in jail" for not cooperating.

On 4/11/25 I received 2 text messages - both were identical from 301-635-5737. The message - "Hello (my first & last name) We've made several attempts to get in contact with you in regard to your outstanding balance. We need to speak with you today or your account will be frozen, Call 210-624-8625 today to resolve. To be removed from call list, Call us as this number does not receive text."

Please note that there are grammatical errors in the quoted text. I make any attempts to call. Instead, I deleted and reported as junk.

I got a voicemail from someone saying they were calling regarding reference number 1739024, it said they were calling from document processing following up on documents sent to me from ABA (which never happened) regarding a complaint that happened in my county. I was told to contact the issuing office to avoid legal complications and that it is marked urgent. their contact number is 888-566-1407. when I called the number, you could hear people talking in the background then I was disconnected. I called back and lady answered the phone " Hello?" I immediately hung up and looked up the number and found that it is a scam.

voicemail: Good morning this is Brian Baker in the legal department. You're receiving this message because you're being listed as an emergency contact for (my dad's last name & middle name). Have any information they can lead to their whereabouts. But I can't say the matter is urgent and very private if you have any contact with (dad's last name) press one and ask to speak directly to me, Brian Baker or someone in my office."

This is a transcript of a voicemail I received. The person did not state my name, nor say what the “claim” was in reference to. Threatened that said claim would become public knowledge and they would show up at my home or work with my documents.but did not specify who the filing party was. A search of the “filing party contact number” does not reveal any identifying info.

"I am location specialist David Adams called me today in reference to a pending claim by law I have to make you aware that was the claim as file becomes public record your name and social are affiliated with this claim you need to contact the filing party before I appear at your home and job with your documents you do have the legal right to contact the filing party their number is 855-374-5842 good luck you have been notified...'
