Voicemail left stating someone named Carl is following up with me and they are wanting me to call the number ir they will serve me at work. There is no company identified.

Caller left voicemail on my cell phone (in a clear female standard American accent): "Info intended for [My Name]. I am [fake scammer name] calling with process certification for document preliminary services. Calling in regards to a civil matter forwarded to my office. Scheduled for filing against you in [county of residence]. Action reported a failure to respond to a 30 day notice, that was sent to address on file. So you will need to call this office immediately today at 866-791-2658 with your file number [number]. Failure to initiate contact today will now lead to proceedings taking place without your knowledge or participation." The caller ID for this call was local to my current home state, which is in a different time zone from the [county of residence} named by the scammer. Neither number could be looked up in google, leading me to think the 866 number is not owned by a reputable business. Scammer ALSO called my wife's cell phone to leave a very similar voicemail message, nearly the same time of day! We spent this morning considering response, and finally found a ScamPulse.com page naming this scam. We do not intend to contact this scammer from our side, following ScamPulse.com's advice.

Two relatives received calls claiming they were listed as contacts for me regarding an important matter. When one relative engaged in the conversation he was told I have a debt and 2 'claims' pending (unspecified but implied legal ramifications) and I would need to call this number back for more information. This of course is all false information, which led me to research the phone number and find this ScamPulse.com page.

Received a message from this number. First voice was a foreign woman, who stated that a complaint was filed in their office for my husband's name and left a "case number." Then it moved to a recorded message of a southern accented woman stating that mail would be delivered that would need to be signed for and if they could not track me at home they would come to my business. They stated that I needed to call them back to prevent "further action" from being taken. No company name was given and no dollar amount was given.

Voicemail left. Transcribed as “Good day this is not a sales or marketing call.

This is on urgent, legal matter and my second attempt to contact ***. My name is Ronna calling from the processor office regarding file number 2024 - 164701. We are contacting you to discuss a matter that has been forwarded to our office for consideration of legal action including a legal filing and civil complaint. To discuss these picking actions that may be filed against you. You will need to immediately contact the firm directly handling your file. That office number is 888-965-5360. This is a time-sensitive matter for you. If they do not receive a response, they may be forced to proceed without your participation. Again that number to contact is 8 888 965 5360. This call is being logged and recorded as proof efforts have been made to notify you.” Two different voices — the first voice East Asian/Indian accented and the second a midwestern American English accent.

My mom and dad have been getting calls from (833) 251-2402. They ask for me and provide a tracking number for me to reference when I call back. I called back and they hung up on my based on the questions Ive asked. They cannot provide me with a business name or reason for calling.

This number keeps calling me restricted I don't answer them phone calls but I had enough so I answered it and this dude said he was a recruiter officer and that I had to call this number the 855 number to give them a claim number he wouldn't tell me his name and he wouldn't tell me what the claim or whatever was for it was just his job to tell me I needed to call for a claim I still can't find no information or anything else on this if anyone else can let me know please.

The scammer called my son at work several times and threatened him that his mother was going to be served with papers by the police for a debt she owed and that this is was very serious and the police were going to come get me. Then they finally got a hold of me an threatened me and said I was going to be served and I better show up to my court date or there would be serious trouble. They gave me the address of where I was suppose to appear in court at and it was another family members residence. This has caused much stress in my family and the calller is extremely threatening.

It was a recording asking for a person whose name was cut off from the message. They said that the person was a person of interest in a very important matter needing attention. Recording stated that due to federal law they could not disclose any further information and asked me to press 1 if I knew the person or for me to call them at 833-883-2793.

She had a urgent message for me, File number D 8 – 1 0 2 4 7 3 7 1 That her name is Jennifer and I am contacting you in reference to a complaint that has been forwarded to my office registered against you Should you wish to discuss the penny actions that may be filed you will need to contact the firm and control of this matter at 8 7 7- 7 8 2- 9 7 9 1 failure to respond may result in the firm proceeding without your consent so please be advised at this call has been logged and submitted as proof that you've been notified of the matter…”

I did Not respond back, I have looked up the phone number to see who it was calling me, and I found out that there’s a scam going around. So I wanted to make sure that I informed you and let people know, not to respond back and make sure that they don’t give anyone any information about themselves.

I was contacted by David Parker from 720-386-1621. The voicemail stated that since he had to leave a message my employer/supervisor would be contacted. I needed to call 866-558-4065 with claim 697976 being filed through the county. I have been legally notified through phone and I will be located unless they are otherwise instructed.

I was contacted by someone from that same number looking for my daughter. She claimed she was a locator fir Adams County courts and my daughter needed to call 866-751-7128 with a case number to speak to the courts before it was to late, and if she didn't call Adams County would contact her a my home. I call and asked who I was speaking to and was told they were locating service for the courts. I told her this was a scam and I'm calling Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Attorney Generals office to report them. I didn't know it but they also called my daughter and told her she owed $1000.00 for a credit card, which she had only owed $100 and it was already paid. The credit card company is no longer in business. They told her if she paid $500 they wouldn't press charges on her for credit card fraud.
