Have received numerous calls from this number. The caller leaves messages for my husband, they usually are threatening with a civil lawsuit. I have asked them to stop calling my number. Sometimes the same people will call from an unknown number.

I received a phone message this morning from this phone number in Fife, WA: 1 (253) 281-4239

"This is Rain calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office for [my name]. The reference case number is 13847. Again the reference case number is 13847. Documents regarding your file being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch a confirmation, and if they're unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop or futher action from being taken, you will need to contact this issuing agent immediately at this number. (844) 544-1695. Again, the number is (844) 544-1695. [I looked this number up, it is somewhere in Texas.] This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you."

I receive calls from multiple different numbers about "my case", the last was 231-281-3976. Each time I block the number a new number calls. They say I need to call back urgently for a legal case. I have no legal cases.

Caller identified as Amber from CBL. Documents were being issued from their office. It was strongly recommended I contact them at 888-324-2185 and reference # 3-93872. If no response by end of business day, they would consider number and employment verified. Or some such.

Called asked for my mother by name. I said that's not my that's my mother. They asked for me to relay the message that they (possess servers) are trying to server her with paper work. She should contact them to avoid court proceedings. I asked for more information, what law enforcement or company they are representing and they disconnected the line.

This has happened many times but I never answer the phone. The voice mail was clearly automated and in 3 different voices and was slow to say each word. The voicemail left was - “Crazy Instant My name is Bruce Eckford This is your official notification that you have been played on my schedule to be served court sale documents You will be served either at your place of employment or place of residence At that time, a signature and two forms of identification will need to be presented For questions or to place a stop action Want to connect to an operator Or contact your selling party at 4 0 5- 3 2 8- 6 8 0 7“

Left a voicemail stating that he was needing to verify the times between 2-6 today 4/237/24, 04/24/2024 that I am to be served with certified papers that are required to be signed for. And if I had any questions, I could call the Issuing agencies office and that's RNJ Mediation group at 866-316-0132.

I received a voicemail on 4/09/24 at 8:46am telling me I was going to be served a summons on 4/10/2024 between 10am & 2pm. They said I could call them back directly if I would like to update the date or time. The caller didn't say what exactly the summons was for & did not leave their name. They directed me to call "the complainant or filing party" at 833-383-2306 if I want more information. They were using my maiden name & said they would also be sending paperwork directly to the "HR dept of my employer". I was never served a summons & am unaware of any lawsuit or citation against me.

Caller claims I had bloodwork done by alliance diagnostics that wasn’t covered by my provider and multiple notices had been sent. I asked who they were claiming owed this amount and they stated my name. I asked to what address they sent notices, and they stated my address. I told them I had no copy of any such invoice. The woman said we were past that point and she needed a debit or credit card to close account today. I repeated I have no knowledge of such bill. She only offered to send receipt of paid bill to my address or risk credit agency reporting for nonpayment. I hung up

A collection company called me on the phone and said I had a bill from Alliance Diagnostic for labs done back in August of 2022. I instructed him that I had health coverage back then that should have been billed and that I never received any communication from there about an outstanding bill. I told him I wasn't paying anything and to have the company call me. He said he understood and would make a note of it.
