Her name was amy she asked if I could be home because she was a process server and I needed to be there to sign document between the hours of 3-5pm. I asked what company she was unware of the company but had a reference number N---------5447 nad phone 833-465-5494. She would not have my address until an hour before she would able to deliver it. Next morning she called again left message explaining she trying to reach me so she could serve the paperwork. She never showed up.

They left a voicemail on my phone looking for a woman by the name of Gail. They pushed the fact that the matter was urgent, and that legal action would proceed without her if she did not contact them immediately. The number to call them back at was given as 888-217-4726. This is the second voicemail I have received from them in 3 days.

This caller has called my phone multiple times a day in a daily basis harassing me and telling me that I have a debt. They are also targeting my daughter telling her that they are serving me and taking me to court. When I ask them to send me info and that this is not my account they yell at me and hang up on me. Then call and harass me again. I block number and some reason they still call me.

Caller left a voicemail naming my daughter-in-law by her maiden name with the exact wording as below:

"Hello, I'm calling you today as a courtesy. Your number was given as a point of contact to reach * ** Please inform ** that they have been named as a person of interest in an important matter that requires their immediate attention. Federal law prohibits me from disclosing any further information. If you know this person, please press one now or contact us directly at 8338832793. Again, that phone number is 833 883 2793. Thank you for your help today."

Someone called my dad and said they were a process server and needed to reach me. They case a fake case number and gave 855-954-6347 as the number that I should call to resolve the issue.

Got a call from this phone number that had the name of my city, Pocatello, ID attached to it. It called me saying that my Uncle had been listed as a person of interest and that he had to contact them immediately. It said that federal law prohibits them from giving anymore information. Then it said to inform him to contact the phone number 833-883-2793. I do not know how they got my number.

They are calling my family members and people that know me. How in the hell do they know my brothers numbers. They keep calling about debt collections. Its funny because my credit score is perfect. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CREDIT SCORES PEOPLE BE SMART.

The call was addressed to my ex-brother-in-law but at MY phone number. The recording was just as announced on the first page of this website. I did not take the call, but it was left as a voicemail. They did not use my name, only my brother-in-law's, I assume thinking that this was his phone number.

This is about the 5th time this # has called me. Either a male or female recorded msg plays telling me they're trying to reach me regarding some urgent matter & I must call them back @ the # my Caller ID shows before more serious action will then be taken. I've asked an attorney friend of mine to see if there is any legal action against me. None whatsoever. I have no idea who or what these calls are about so I ignore them. I also block the number but they still manage to get through & my phone doesn't even ring. Their robo system bypasses my voice messaging and the recorded messages go straight to my voice mail. There is never any company identity, phone # given other than their message saying call the # on your Caller ID. Plus, there is no "file or case" number, no reference to what it might be about. It's gotta be spam and by now, after receiving multiple messages from this number on both my registered phone #'s, it's really stressing me out. This has been going on now for about 3 months

Calling about collecting signatures for general paperwork and to get into contact with said person. Used scare tactics to get into contact and called supervisors. Knows where we are working. Etc. have not been served or received any mail and they do not give out their company name. Person knows a lot about us like name and address and workplace. Targets only one person at a time.
