I posted an order on this website, FrenchBeautyHub.com. There was no disclosure of additional shipping fees until the day before delivery when I received a request for $300+ dollars for associate tariffs (which had not been disclosed at the time of purchase). Suspecting a scam I contacted UPS who was the delivery partner. I have been in frequent contact with the listed contact email, [email protected], which has the word "bot" associated with it. My last several emails have received no response. When I went to the website to leave a review that outlined the details of my experience, and while there are numerous reviews (all very high ratings) there is no way to leave a new one, which also seemed suspicious. I was told by UPS that the package could be returned to the sender, but I was then told that the sender refused it. This constellation of incidents is concerning.
