Left a voicemail and said: “This message is intended for me. My name is Karen Smith contacting you from the office of Lakeside Group Services. This is in regards to a financial complaint. As of this morning, there sets to process your county, for garnishment of a 35 to 40% of your income. And any land on property under your Social Security number. Miss Kimberly Johnson. You have 24 hours to give us a call back for resolutions before any procedure set against you. Our telephone number is 863-485-3800. Do you have officially been notified?” Not who they represent or what company I supposedly owe. So if I’ve been officially notified, why don’t I know who is sueing me.

You do have the legal right to rectify this matter before you are served. If not, unfortunately, you will be served."

Women asked me to verify my date of birth, when I asked who she was calling from and stated Lakeside Group Services. I stated I do not know who the company is, she told me I would be served at my home address and will see me lose in court. Then hung up on me.

I have been getting calls from this company (LAKESIDE GROUP SERVICES) which were harassing & threatening calls demanding to pay for a debt which I had no knowledge of. They did not acknowledge they were a debt collector but a mediation group. I requested several times for a debt validation letter and they stated "they cannot provide any paperwork at the present time because it would be against the law" Right then I had a real bad suspicion that this company was a scam company trying to get my personal info. Anybody receiving calls from this company should be very careful and not provide any personal info.

Received a call from a Clark Sims at Lakeside Group Services (phone: (216) 689-9347) saying he had a order for garnishment for a payday loan that I supposibly took out 8 years ago. I asked him to please send me a letter in the mail with a copy of the loan documents he is not sending me a letter or a copy of the loan documents. He said the attorneys will file a garnishment with the courts after I hang up with him.

Rebecca Davis from Lakeside Group Services threatened to sue us for an amount of $3000 owed and stated that after court costs and fees that we would end up owing over $10,000 and that she would be garnishing our check for $800 but refused to send any kind of paperwork on what debt was owed. Refused to tell us what company we owed the debt to. And was very short and [censored]ty refusing to give us absolutely any information on any of the debt that was owed, but was demanding that we made a payment of $1000 to save us from being sued.
