I received a letter & it starts off with an introduction from a Clarke Richmond, a "partner at Clarke & Rainbow Associates LLP". In the correspondence, he states that a late Mrs. Maria G****, a stockbroker/CPA, passed away 4 years ago & left behind a "Payable on Death" savings account valued at $10,800,020 USD. According to the letter, Clarke was unable to find any living relatives/claimants to her estate. He proposed that I be recognized as beneficiary of the policy because of the similarities in our names & shared nationality. He also proposed that 10% will go to charity & the other 90% of the funds will be split between the two of us. Clarke gave us thirty days to respond. However, at the end of the letter, it is signed by a Brian Philips, Principal Solicitor from Brian Philips & Associates LLP.
