Trim RX scam site, never received $500 order

Trim RX is a scam site. Their email and phone number put you on an endless loop to madness. I paid for two products totaling $500. I never received my order and my attempts with customer service were maddening to say the least and resulted in no resolution. Money gone forever. Avoid at all costs! Considering this is a site that prescribes medication I would be very weary of injecting anything that comes from this company. They’re based in China and are very transparently scam artists. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Payment on July 15th for TrimRx and was not received. Unauthorized payment again on August 8th supposedly out for delivery.

Email scam posing as Trinity meds intake form

I got an e-mail asking me to fill out an intake form, and since I was already working with Trinity meds I didn't look at the name closely enough and thought it was my company. I gave the information and money was pulled from my account. I began contacting them right away and spent days e-mailing and calling but never got an answer back from anyone. The product I was supposed to have ordered never came and yet said it had been delivered on their website. I am at a loss.

Signed up for glp product but only received first month

I signed up for a glp product for a 3 month supply. I got the first month then nothing. The company is not responding to any email, portal requests and the phone says “all lines are busy” then they hang up. I have tried all means of contact for several days.

TrimRx never shipped my order and won't respond to refund requests

They never sent the product I ordered from TrimRx on 3/24 and it was supposed to ship 24-48 and it never arrived I called and messages and emailed them at [email protected] many many times and multiple times a day. I finally just sent them a formal letter telling them to cancel and refund my account for $1438. I’m so angry and this company needs to be shut down for false advertising and stealing.
