This "company" had an odd communicaiton style from the start but I just assumed it was a small company with only a few workers so I let it slide. After scheduling an air duct cleaning with them, I finally did what I should've done better in the beginning and googled both phone numbers they had used to contact me. I found at least three different "company names" for them attached to those phone numbers plus no legit website. I also saw two BBB scam reviews plus another one on this website. I also found their instagram that was attached to the 866 number with a comment from 5 weeks ago on their latest picture that said they were a scam. I tried to call both numbers several times to cancel and found that they were not reachable. I texted those numbers and let them know I wanted to cancel and when asked why I let them know and their response was to cuss me out. When they had called me earlier to confirm the appointment the man had an indian accent and had a bad connection.

This was from their 866 number. Same people using two different numbers.

Told me it would be $249, ended up costing $650 and didnt clean the vents and also marked up the walls. Called them back to ask for an invoice, to come back or give money back and they blocked me.
