They have called me every day for about 3 weeks now telling me I have been approved for a loan (which I have never applied for), I have spoken to two different people asking them to take me off their call list. However, I am still receiving calls. I've known it was a scam from the beginning so I have not given them any personal information, but at this point they call so often and leave the same message it feels like harassment.

Calling me about a personal loan for $36,000. Always calling me from different numbers and different loan amounts saying my application was approved upon income verification. I’ve never applied for any type of loan and this is a scammer that calls a few times a day from different numbers. Even when you block the number they call back. I don’t know how they got my number and I wish something would be done to stop them.

I have no idea why I'm getting these called but it's EVERYDAY often more than once. A different number EBVERY.SINGLE.TIME! So blocking the number does nothing and the voicemail is always a different AI voice. It's absolutely ridiculous. And I can't block all unknown numbers because some I do need to have come through. This is WILDLY irritating!

The phone number they always leave is 833-588-3819

Mario Collins of the "Consumer Credit Department" wont stop calling me. He calls from different numbers everytime. I block and report as scam. He's very aggressive in his messages. This could easy trick someone that wasn't discerning of scams.

Keep receiving the same text message every few days

Hi Juliann, Stephanie here from Iron Wire America following up to review your loan application and available options. Do you have a few minutes now for a quick call?

They keep on emailing me about loan opportunities. I try to opt-out of emails, but their email ( [email protected]) doesn't receive messages --- seems like a fake email. Furthermore, their listed phone number, no one ever picks up. They attempt to reach out to me MULTIPLE times every day.

I receive at leadt one call a day from spoofed numbers ( latest is 833-588-3819) always with the following transcript, “Hi this -name- with loan underwriting. I'm calling about your previous loan request. I have also tried to connect with you for the past few days several times. Your file shows nearly approved for $60,000. If you are still looking to finalize your loan request, please press one to speak with underwriting or call 833-588-3819 and ask to speak about your offer. You might remember applying with us in the past for a personal or consolidation loan, at the time we couldn't move forward but that's changed. Rates have come down and underwriting has opened up especially for people with lower credit. If this is still something you’re looking for, press one now or call us back at 833-588-3819.

These calls go directly to my voicemail where they leave the above message... both males and females have called from different numbers after I keep blocking.

I have been receiving phone calls from different number daily. Sometimes even several times a day. They leave the same voicemail statung that i have an approval of a loan up to $52,000.00. I didn't ever apply for any loans. I have been blocking numbers but they keep finding another number to call from. They ask to call back 855 909 0816. I got tired of that. Called that number to ask them to take me of their list. It said "We matched your with your offer. This phone call is being recorded..." and then silence. I hing up after like a minute of silemce.

Call made a Loan offer and requested personal finance information to move forward with a loan offer when no loan was ever applied for.

They use pre-scripted audio to impersonate some anonymous loan underwriter over the phone. Here’s an example of one such script:

Hello, this is Sophia calling in reference to your recent personal loan inquiry. This is Sophia Lopez with the lending qualifications regarding your loan request. You can reach me directly at 855-909-0816. I was reviewing your file earlier today, and it looks like we may be able to move forward with your personal loan. We took another look at your file, and it looks like we may be able to get you approved for around $52,000. Your rate will depend on the term you decide on when you speak with your loan specialist to find lights when they go over your options with you. If you'd like to move forward, please call us back before the approval expires, after that the file will close, and a new application would be required. I look forward to speaking with you.

I receive many calls daily from a recorded woman's voice announcing a large loan offer with monthly payment. The recording says to press 1 to speak to someone regarding the loan, 9 to be put on "do not call" list. I have pressed 9, selected "delete and report spam" or "block caller" on my iPhone, and have asked politely to PLEASE stop calling which I'm told my number will be taken off...but the calls NEVER stop. Calls come from phone numbers: (631)-985-9733, (585) 686-9271, (838)243-0926, (609) 834-3972, (651) 204-2449, (866) 317 5198, (732)945-8863, (844) 451-8362. HORRIBLE people.

I repeatedly get calls and voicemail with this message about loan underwriting, which I did not apply for. I block the numbers and report spam, but they call back from other numbers, always trying to get me to call this 855 phone number. It’s a huge nuisance. “This is Kiana Navarro with the executive loan review unit. I wanted to reach out because we've just finished reviewing your file, and I do have a status update. You're showing an approval for $39,000 with a 60 month term. Anna Navarro, my direct line. 855-909-0914. “
