Multiple calls daily about a loan application I didn't file for under writing

- New York, NY, USA • Jan 30, 2026

The scammers call and leave voice mails that are exactly 1:47 in duration claiming to Daniela Torres from a credit review department saying I've been approved for a loan I didn't request. I called back and requested to be removed from their. They were nice, but I was never removed. I just called back three times and now I am unable to call any of the numbers so I am hoping I am finally removed from their harassment.

I am receiving numerous calls every day for an unsolicited loan. They claim my application is on their desk for review and I have been approved for large sums of money ($40,000-$70,000) and give me an estimated monthly payment. I have pressed 9 to opt out, pressed 1 to speak to a representative and demanded I be placed on their do not call list. Despite all of my efforts, they keep calling from different numbers and different states. I have blocked probably 50 numbers from them, they just keep calling from another number. If I don't answer their call, they clog my inbox with voicemails.
