Purchased Jelly Trim on line 5/20/26, received the product and returned the next day. Followed their direction for return including an authorization code and a reference number to track the return. Was offered to keep for half the price and told them no, that I wanted a full return of my money. They said they would credit my card. It has never been credited for the charges.

Now I call the 888 201 7001 phone number and it rings once and the phone disconnects.

I listened to an extremely long video by Jillian M******* which seemed legitimate her mouth matched the words she was speaking and the product was called Jelly Lean which was supposed to contain GLP-1 and 1 other ingredient that were said to be natural and not synthetic like in ozempic. I received the bottles and they were not labeled Jelly Lean, but were labeled Jelly Trim Advanced. Here are the ingredients:

Apple Cider Vinegar -250mg

Other Ingredients: Cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavor, natural coloring, starch.

I called their phone number 3 times and after saying that I had reached customer support the first time someone answered and I told them this was a scam and explained why and he hung up on me. I called back 2 more times but after the greeting both times they hung up on me.

The scammer used Jullian Michaels as one who endorsed the product. I went ahead and purchased six bottles. Now the scammer is sending unauthorized bottles, which I am returning to them.
