I purchased 3 XXL foldable storage containers on 7/29 with 1x upgrade which was supposed to provide more durable material and rigid edges. I received 3 of the same product with no 'upgrade'. They are also smaller than appeared advertised. Also, I just noticed a recurring charge on my account for $29.99 from 8/26 which, when searching for company contact info, I realized was a membership fee. I NEVER signed up for a membership, only made the single purchase. I did reach out and they said that additional fee would be corrected, so we'll see. But not sure why/how theyre just creating memberships for people without their knowledge/approval. I'm sure many ppl dont even realize it.
