I purchased items on Harper Wells website. None of the items were as described. I requested a refund. They offered for me to keep items at 10% discount. I refused and requested the refund. I have never heard back and that was 3 weeks ago.

I purchased a jacket from Harper & Wells' website. The product was nothing like it was pictured or described. The website described the jacket as a "high quality" jacket. The garment that arrived was essentially a hoodie and undersized. Harper & Wells also advertised that it has "easy returns." The return process was also a scam. The website does not have a link for returns. I sent a message through its contact page and received an AI generated email response stating I can either receive a store credit or keep the garment and get a 10% refunds. The company claimed the cost of the return exceeded the value of the product. I rejected the offer and the company raised the "refund" to 20%, which I accepted because I could see this was going no where. I will donate the jacket to charity.

I attempted to make a purchase from Harper & Wells only to be told after weeks of communicating with them regarding the purchase, delivery & process that the item was no longer available, however, they charged me for it. Weeks of waiting for a response with regards to the credit, they no longer respond to emails, which is no longer working and no one answers their phone. They are still running their business online taking other people's money without ever sending them their item. There are plenty of complaints regarding this company and their behavior. I know my money is lost, however they need to be shut down before others get taken advantage of.

I placed an order for a dress. When the dress arrived, it was awful. Material was thin, poor cut, seams coming apart. When I attempted to reach company via email and phone number, no numbers worked. The company is not as advertized. Do not use.

I purchased shoes from Harper & Wells Boston. The product was significantly not as described. When I attempted to return them, I was offered a 40% refund or I was required to ship them to China and pay international shipping and tracking fees. This was NOT what was in keeping with their advertised "Easy returns ... hassle-free returns make it simple to send it back."

I would suggest NEVER shopping this site.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes that looked good and said they were orthopedic which they definitely weren't and so cheap looking when I got them. And I couldn't get the information to return them

7/30/26: $59.95 was taken out of my credit card under WHOP*HW New York, NY. I called GOFO at 1-949-688-6032, GOFO number GFUSO1065308860993. Harper & Wells Order #HW1579646 is also the tracking number. I was told it was delivered to the incorrect address. I called 1-(787)605-8633, spoke with Elisa Van Cal Carstraat 56, 2135 LS Hoofdorp, Netherlands, and also talked with Chlo Wong.

I ordered what looked like high quality clothing according to their online ad. Harper & Wells Boston sounds like a legit company. The merchandise had no company label, poor fabric, threads hanging, weird sizing. They have no phone number to reach a live person. They only offered 10% of my purchase back, then 20%, Then 40% when I said I'd be contacting my bank. They would not release an address for a return, would not pay for the return. Seriously sophisticated scammers.

I ordered an item for $69.95 only to see the same item offered at $39.95 by several other stores. I immediately cancelled the item within an hour of purchase but I got no response from the supplier other than the shipment was sent.

I ordered a pair of Ortho sneakers from Harper & Wells and when I received them they were this poor quality vinyl shoe that didn't even have the size inside the shoe. These were home made half put together shoe that looks like if you wore them once they would fall apart by the end of the day. There was nothing ortho about them and the fact that it took a month to receive the mess.

I am filing this complaint because I received a product/service from Harper & Wells that was of unacceptable quality and did not meet the standards that were advertised or reasonably expected. The quality was poor, and I was dissatisfied with the overall experience.

After discovering these issues, I contacted Harper & Wells and requested a refund. I explained my concerns and asked the company to resolve the matter fairly. However, my refund request was denied, and the company refused to provide a satisfactory resolution.

I am requesting that Harper & Wells issue a full refund due to the poor quality of the product/service and their refusal to resolve this matter despite my good-faith efforts to work with them directly.

I ordered clothing that was advertised as linen. Arrived as elastaine and polyester, shoes too small and very poor quality. Business advertises hassle free returns. Business will not provide return address, offers 30% immediate refund and keep items. Several e-mail requests over past week without resolution.
