I bought 2 pairs of shoes that looked good and said they were orthopedic which they definitely weren't and so cheap looking when I got them. And I couldn't get the information to return them

Unauthorized charge from Harper & Wells and delivery issue

7/30/26: $59.95 was taken out of my credit card under WHOP*HW New York, NY. I called GOFO at 1-949-688-6032, GOFO number GFUSO1065308860993. Harper & Wells Order #HW1579646 is also the tracking number. I was told it was delivered to the incorrect address. I called 1-(787)605-8633, spoke with Elisa Van Cal Carstraat 56, 2135 LS Hoofdorp, Netherlands, and also talked with Chlo Wong.

Harper & Wells clothing order poor quality and no refund

I ordered what looked like high quality clothing according to their online ad. Harper & Wells Boston sounds like a legit company. The merchandise had no company label, poor fabric, threads hanging, weird sizing. They have no phone number to reach a live person. They only offered 10% of my purchase back, then 20%, Then 40% when I said I'd be contacting my bank. They would not release an address for a return, would not pay for the return. Seriously sophisticated scammers.

I ordered an item for $69.95 only to see the same item offered at $39.95 by several other stores. I immediately cancelled the item within an hour of purchase but I got no response from the supplier other than the shipment was sent.

Received poor quality vinyl sneakers from Harper and Wells

I ordered a pair of Ortho sneakers from Harper & Wells and when I received them they were this poor quality vinyl shoe that didn't even have the size inside the shoe. These were home made half put together shoe that looks like if you wore them once they would fall apart by the end of the day. There was nothing ortho about them and the fact that it took a month to receive the mess.

Received poor quality product and refund was denied

I am filing this complaint because I received a product/service from Harper & Wells that was of unacceptable quality and did not meet the standards that were advertised or reasonably expected. The quality was poor, and I was dissatisfied with the overall experience.

After discovering these issues, I contacted Harper & Wells and requested a refund. I explained my concerns and asked the company to resolve the matter fairly. However, my refund request was denied, and the company refused to provide a satisfactory resolution.

I am requesting that Harper & Wells issue a full refund due to the poor quality of the product/service and their refusal to resolve this matter despite my good-faith efforts to work with them directly.

Advertised linen clothing arrived as polyester and poor quality

I ordered clothing that was advertised as linen. Arrived as elastaine and polyester, shoes too small and very poor quality. Business advertises hassle free returns. Business will not provide return address, offers 30% immediate refund and keep items. Several e-mail requests over past week without resolution.
