This is the email I received after responding to a voicemail from "Ronald Duesterbeck"

Here is more about the job and how urgently I wanted it to be done. I'm relocating with my family from Louisiana to Pittsburgh, PA. I just got the house in Pittsburgh, PA. and I would like it to be ready before my arrival next month, that's the main reason why I contacted you for the painting and I want to get the job done as soon as possible.

Each room has 12×12 and 8 foot ceilings. You will be painting the walls and ceilings of the 5bed 4baths only. Something I don't like about the house is just the rooms painting in which I would like to change all the painting of the rooms, not the whole house, the wall is in good condition as it's already painted, I just want a change of color for the bedrooms and bathrooms. You can visit the house if you care to but I don't think it's necessary because I am not in Pittsburgh, PA. Now the person in charge of the paint delivery is the one who will give you access when he arrives in Pittsburgh, PA. I believe you can estimate with the sizes I already gave you. My measurements are accurate but I know the price may change after getting into the house so I will pay 50% upfront and balance upon completion just to make sure it works for both of us.

I want you to know that I have already placed an order for the paints you are to use for the painting which will be delivered to the house address as soon as the Payment have being made. Take all your tools with you when you are going to start the painting because all paints will be ready for you at the address. Give me your estimate and your price so I can proceed with the payment and I would like to know if you accept a check as a means of payment.

Several different painting businesses have stopped by our property in order to give a quote for a paint job. All of the businesses were contacted by Ronald Duesterbeck via email. He claimed he owned the property but was living out of state and wanted it painted before he moved in. He gave them permission to walk around our property to get a better idea.
