I got a phone call/voice message at 1:12 AM on 4 June. VM indicated it was Publishers Clearing House and we had won $5,000,000 in a special drawing. We were to call "Ed Fischer" at 718 878-1363 and indicate reward claim 73061. Call number was recorded on our machine as 1-111-111-1111. The information was repeated for about 3 minutes. Very disruptive to sleep!

I was told that I won Publishers Clearing House in the amount of 5.5 million dollars, a new car and $10,000 a month for life. Never received what they said I was suppose to win and lost what I paid.

I received a video call thru Google Meet from a man who gave the name David Cooper. I did not see this man, only a still shot of the Publishers Clearing House van with people standing around it. "David" tried to convince me I had won a new car and $2,000,000 and kept insisting I give him my home address so "they" could find me to give me my prize. This man did say his team was driving around Oklahoma looking for me. I said "I know this is a scam, please do not call again." I was concerned about a home invasion scam, but my husband found a news report online from 3 months ago about a gentleman in another state receiving multiple phone calls from this scammer. He was told to send $500 as a processing fee to claim his winnings. I hope this report helps to keep others safe. Thank you.

"Mike Anderson" of "Publishers Clearing House BBB" call from 772-217-6396 called claiming I won 8 Million Dollars and a Mercedes Benz. They said that they will give me 2 payments of $4,000,000 each and deliver the car today. But first they need for me to pay a processing tax of $450 in gift or money card from CVS pharmacy and give them the numbers. They also wanted my bank account information and wanted to give me an amazon gift card of $500. All lies. All scams. Do not fall for this.

I received a voicemail. They want to tell me about my reward. No one was available to talk but I didn’t leave my name. I’ve had this done to me 3 times in 4 months. Last time I was told I had won one a million dollars. I contacted PCH a was told it was a scam. Well, they’re up to it again.

Call from "Susan Williamson" (an actual PCH person's name you can find on Facebook) and scammed using a professional-sounding English-as -a-first-language announcement along with a confirmation number and a request to call back to 516-610-3299. More elaborate than a typical, low-budget scam by off-shore folks. I didn't call back the number.

They called saying they were from PCH and I had won a prize asking if i was at home.I said no then they asked if i was at work. I told them i was out helping someone. When they stated the city i lived in i told them i lived in that metro area but not in that city. When they gave a wrong name when i would'nt give my name. He stated the paperwork got mixed up then told me to hold on. Next i got a call from a call bot asking for my name but i didnt give it. When he called back he had my Last name but couldn't pronounce my first name right. After i asked him to spell it because i wasnt giving any information he should have he hung up and i the blocked number.

The total amount to be claimed for your win is $2,500,000.00 ($2.5 Million) Enclosed is a check to cover insurance and attorney fees. The check was in the amount of $9,500 and to the order of my name. The bank on the check is Wells Fargo, BRIDGECREST ACCEPTABLE CORPORATION, ATT ACCOUNT PAYABLE 1720 W RIO SALADO PKWY SUITE 101 TEMPE, AZ 85281. It stated to call the Claim Manager BEFORE depositing the check. The numbers listed is 1-705-854-1772 or 1-705-854-1186. The authorized signature was an electronic signature Styhjspe(this may be incorrect due to the signature all together). On the letter is it had a SECURITY CODE-PCH-V0523-WIN. Sponsors Wal-Mart, AG INSURANCE, MEGA MILLIONS, JC PENNEY and Reader’s Digest. My wife and I are elderly so we had my daughter look into this for us. She did call the numbers and no answer, and a voicemail not set up. It was a good thing the check was not deposited because we could have been scammed.

Got a phone call on or around Monday, March 13 from someone who claims to be from Publishers Clearing House. The person said his name was David Miller, Badge # 5150DM. He told me I have won $2.3 million dollar and I would be getting a cashiers check for 10,000 a month. The phone number he called from was 404-600-7273. He then told me in order to get the prize patrol to me I needed to give him my address which I did give to him. He then told me I needed to send 850.00 in order to get the prize. I think this is a scam. He then gave me a prize control # of 617009851US. He said the process regulation fee is 850.00 I told the caller, David Miller that I think this is a scam and hung up on him. Can you investigate this? You can call me at ************.

This scammers has called us many times throughout the month and claimed to be with Publishers Clearing House in New York! It is lie and he is a scammers his voice is India, and phone number is not publishers Clearing House! I want charges against him brought at once!

Scammer said they tried to contact me by mail. Left a number to contact them. Said I won 3 million dollars and a 2023 Mercedes Benz and the y need money for tax verification lf I send the money I will be reimbursed

contacted by phone. Told I'd won 5.5 million and $7,000 per week for life. 2nd place life stage sweepstakes. The scammer was really good. Knew lots of details about me, location. old address etc.. Said he was PCH. Gave me PCH correct address. I spent several hours on phone (big mistake) trying to discredit him because I suspected a scam but he had a logical answer for everything. On the slight chance it was true, and because I knew a charity desperate for funds to help returning military in need of service dogs, I took a chance. (another big mistake. I bought the Vanilla Visa from Walgreens as he requested. Two cards one for $500 and one for $700. The Prize patrol of course never showed up. I understand that these people are targeting the elderly in retirement homes and that I am the third person to be targeted here. I asked Walgreens for help and they refused, called the bank and they filed a dispute, (we'll see). The cards were spent on Pay Pal and ebay. I doubt I will ever see that money again. WORST: they have been calling me up to 25 times a day including 10 times at 1:30 this morning!....different numbers and a couple of texts. I don't know how to stop it. PLEASE for the sake of older people who are really vulnerable help get the word out. I have done research since I got scamed but by then it was to late. I traced the "New York" phone to India. I may try the local news stations.

Two gentleman called me form PCH saying I had 955,000 in a check and a 2008 Mercedes car and in order to collect it I would need to give them 1% of the winnings first.

- Green Valley, AZ, USA

Received in the mail a check for 6,825.00 and a letter stating I won $500,000.00. I called the phone number and immediately knew this was a scam, so I called Publishers Clearing House and they confirmed.

- Clam Gulch, AK, USA

Gave me numbers for certified check and the winning number. Go to Walmart to get a disclaimer receipt for $800. Will be escorted to my bank with 2.5 million check.

- Warner Robins, GA, USA

Consistent calls from +18763943579 stating I won the PCH prize.

- Springfield, OR, USA

Caller stated I had won $2.5 million and a new car. I needed to pay $495 to get the prize. I needed to give cash to someone they would send to my house to get the CASH. They kept calling me, because I didn't call them back when I had the cash. By then I had googled this scam. Do not give money to get money.

- Boise, ID, USA

Michael Collins called from Publisher's Clearing House, broken English. Wanted customer to give him $289 before they came with the money. Go to Walmart and meet somebody there to collect money. He said she won $885,000. He had her address, but wanted to know what bank she banked with to send the lottery winnings to. He also gave the name of executive VP, Debra Holland. He asked her if she lived alone. She said no, she lived with a group of people
