I went to heathgradesupplias for a list of skin tag removers. I clicked on the link for the best one and saw an offer of 3 bottles for $69.99 and free shipping.

I stupidly filled out my info for this deal. Then I looked at my credit card and it said they had charged me twice in the amounts of $239.99 and $59.99.

I immediately tried to contact them about the mistake. They informed me I had ordered 6 bottles of skin tag remover and 2 bottles of skin cream.

They informed me also that they could not cancel the order BUT I could return them after receiving for a refund of $209.99. I am continuing to ask for a refund and will

also try to go thru my credit card.

Looks like a real company offering very similar things to other real businesses in regards to some sort of clothing. Was a deal couldn't pass up so I took a look, selected a few items and paid for said items via PayPal. Got a confirmation email with a tracking number. Spent a few weeks tracking the package going all over the country, one day it said "out for delivery" unbelievably far from my home address and then was magically "delivered" and "left in mailbox". There was no package, nothing was ever dropped off.

I ordered a Nutr milk maker but what I received was a Wifer mini soy milk maker. I emailed 3 times and tried to call but there is no customer service. I learned this happened to someone else as well and maybe the company is out of business.

There is an advertisement online for a babylist survey about a evenflo stroller you can get for a fee, just for filling out the survey. I had paid 9.99 the first time and received what looked like a confirmation number but it quickly went to error and something went wrong. I had tried repurchasing again and same thing happened. Both times i paid there was a different name used, the first one being stepigo and the second one was jollytime. I had contacted stepigo through their customer support but deny knowing anything about the promotion for the stroller and that the 9.99 i had paid was for their membership.

I tried to purchase 2 flashlights but never received them

- Manassas, VA, USA • Jun 20, 2025

This company disguised themselves to be an African company. They promote themselves on social media and seemed legitimate until it was time for my order to arrive and it never did on the date given. When i emailed them is when I realized the company was fraud and the items were coming from China. They’ve stopped email me and the phone number hangs up on you. This is quite deceptive and misleading.

- Queensbury, NY, USA • Jun 17, 2025

Fake website, ordered clothes no way to track took my money but never received clothes

- Philadelphia, PA, USA • Jun 17, 2025

The company essentially advertises on social media with videos. The videos are of elderly people (one old man is particularly featured), and the elderly people are very distressed, usually crying and very emotionally upset. They add captions that imply the elderly person is crying because of their struggling business (MooMoo Slips), and implore people to help support the company. The elderly people are not affiliated with this "company", and probably have no idea their original videos have been edited & reposted for scamming purposes.

They are flower pots that showed they were , at least, 20” across. I open the package and they were about 5” across! So fed up with these scammers!!!!

- New York, NY, USA • Jun 03, 2025

Ordered a large monitor screen on wheels sits on upright position and it is a computer screen.

- Fairfax, VA, USA • May 31, 2025

Order a cat brush from advertizedment on Facebook. Brightsky claims it was delivered and provided a tracking number, stated "delivered to porch"/ I don't have a porch. When I check tracking number on JS Express (delivery company) there is no record. Filed a dispute with PayPal, but they sided with seller because they "provided a tracking number". Others in the Paypal community had same problems with the seller over the past year, as recently as May 2025; I paid in March 2025.

i have gotten a number of ads for a website https://www.ailobtive.com/ which is very obviously using AI images to sell "products" which i feel certain do not exist. their website needs to be taken down, as it is obviously a scam

- Ephrata, PA, USA • May 30, 2025

I ordered 2 table benches. I saw the post on FB and ordered . I tried to dispute the transaction and it was denied . I emailed them and they email me back telling me that my ordered will be shipped. This was back in May 6th and I still have not received anything.

- Ranson, WV, USA • May 30, 2025

I ordered a product called Oil of Oregano with black seed oil. I researched it before I ordered it. The product I ordered had the companies name on the top of the package. The package I received didn't have the companies name on top of it. All the research I saw said if the companies name isn't on the top of the package it fake. I seen the same package I got at Walmart for 9.99. it also said if you don't smell the oregano when you open the package it's fake. I didn't smell any oregano. I ordered the product because all the pictures has the companies name on it, but not the one I received it's blank that's not what I ordered. I purposely avoided the ones with no name on it. If you look at the product pictures the company name is on top of the package. That's false advertising because what you see is not what you get

- Winchester, VA, USA • May 30, 2025

A crystal mineral coffee mug was ordered.

********************************************************************************... It is beautiful.

This is the mug that was received.

Thank you for making people aware of this website.

- Elkins Park, PA, USA • May 27, 2025

I ordered one order of the cocoa and suddenly the next month received another. I didn’t see anything about signing up for a subscription so it had to be written in a misleading or unclear way. I didn’t not want a second bag or to be charged for it.
