I've canceled twice and also have taken the app off of my phone. I've had to go on there twice to keep canceling. And somehow, they got my card that was just issued to me from my bank. The total is $35.98 that I've lost.

This company posted that they’re selling discount sports cards. I ordered carbs from a store in New Jersey and found out they were coming from Hong Kong. It’s been over a month and I still have not received anything.

I paid someone named don Colie from Virginia for a sliders tv show timer replica of and he said he's professional sci fi show memorabilia maker and advertises falsely on YouTube and is referenced on many videos showing off such replicas and has a social media soliciting such orders. He is anything but professional as he not only took over $2500 in upfront cost but failed to deliver the replica after over four months and now ghosted me and the email doesn't work and he doesn't respond to his own website and he should be punished by your organization.

This store sells fake apple products that look very real and have real serial numbers. They have victimized many people and you can see reviews on their google review detailing similar experiences. Members in my family have purchased several products from behind the counter being told they were real only to find they are very low quality and counterfeit afterwards.

I had just lost my husband on May 1st. I saw an ad on Facebook about a silver bracelet with both of our birthstones on it. Very pretty. So I ordered it on June 2nd. Now they claim that it’s lost and I requested my money back and they said they can’t do that because they are already making a new one. Never again will I attempt to order something from a Facebook ad!

I ordered 6 bottles of Ozemburn Max for $294 after watching an advertisement on Facebook. There was a full money back guarantee. I received the bottles, starting taking the pills, and didn't see any results. The only way to contact the company is through email. I emailed the company at [email protected] on June 30th and asked for a full refund. I received an email back stating that they could send me an extra bottle for free. I declined and asked for a full refund. I received another email stating that I could get a 30% refund and not have to return the product. I declined again and asked for a full refund. I have not heard another word from the company.

I ordered chairs from them at Luxbuilds and used Shopify to process the payment and they confirmed the next day but did not share any information regarding sending the product.

I ordered cosmetics and toiletries from Supply Center USA that I have had a hard time finding elsewhere. Order was placed on June 16, 2025 and today is July 11, 2025. I have neither received the items, nor received any email updates from the company. When I clicked on "contact us by clicking this link" got "no such website." Same thing for the link to "visit our store"--no such website. The company provided no phone number and when I clicked "view your order," I got the message "this link is no longer available." A Google search revealed "no information about this website." Supply Center USA wouldn't accept PayPal for the purchase, or I could have gotten my money back. I am really upset at this kind of bad business or scamming.

I ordered expensive chocolate from supplycenterusa.com 12 days ago (6/27/2025) and received an email confirmation. And heard nothing else after that. When I tried to click on the link in the email, it took me to an error page - the entire website no longer exists.

I ordered a pair of shoes from what i thought was a legit company. When i was redirected to PayPal to complete purchase i saw that the payment was going to a woman and not the company i thought i was ordering from. The shoes were new and not preowned and the website looked professional. This is the second time this has happened and paypal cannot stop payment.

I wanted to order a stencil kit for $9.99 thats fine, at checkout they have a list of things i added a mascara for i think 12$ maybe. Continue to checkout, i go back to look for the invoice in my emails, i see 92$! Tried to cancel the order and they offered 30% off then 50% off i said no i don’t want to deal with yall as this is crazy enough to even get ahold of customer services. They lied and said it has already shipped which i have an app that teacks any order i make, she then gives me the wrong return address and the whole process was just crazy ridiculous! Ive never had a customer service issue go like this. They are ripping people off online and then dont want to refund my money.

The scam sold me a product that I’m able to buy at Walmart or on Amazon for half the price

I went to heathgradesupplias for a list of skin tag removers. I clicked on the link for the best one and saw an offer of 3 bottles for $69.99 and free shipping.

I stupidly filled out my info for this deal. Then I looked at my credit card and it said they had charged me twice in the amounts of $239.99 and $59.99.

I immediately tried to contact them about the mistake. They informed me I had ordered 6 bottles of skin tag remover and 2 bottles of skin cream.

They informed me also that they could not cancel the order BUT I could return them after receiving for a refund of $209.99. I am continuing to ask for a refund and will

also try to go thru my credit card.

Looks like a real company offering very similar things to other real businesses in regards to some sort of clothing. Was a deal couldn't pass up so I took a look, selected a few items and paid for said items via PayPal. Got a confirmation email with a tracking number. Spent a few weeks tracking the package going all over the country, one day it said "out for delivery" unbelievably far from my home address and then was magically "delivered" and "left in mailbox". There was no package, nothing was ever dropped off.
