They advertised a deal on Tik Tok for two piece sweatsuits. There is a link to the shop where you can purchase your selections. However, you never receive a confirmation email and the order does not appear on your Tik Tok account. When you attempt to find the business webpage you are led to a site that manages payments for businesses. In other words, there is no way to trace the business or track the order.

This is part of the "interactive panda" scam all over YouTube and social media as ads. The panda is presented as moving and responds to touch when in reality it's just a cheap stuffed animal without a power source. The products are also being sold on Amazon and Walmart. This needs to be shut down! They are targeting vulnerable children and adults.

Company advertised on Facebook and was supposed to be a Faith company selling shirts in the remembrance of Charlie Kirk.

Company is now claiming my shipment was held up at Customs and that they are sending me an entirely new order.

When I attempt to check the status of order, their "Captcha" instructs me to match the picture on the right, with one of 9 options below but after 7 or 8 attempts, there is never a matching picture below.

It's been almost a month and they continue to send me apologies and claim to be working on my order. I saw a video on the ScamPulse.com website from a woman who received cheap polyester clothes that were supposed to be quality linen. I'm now afraid of what I will receive, if anything at all.

Used FB marketplace to purchase firewood from Lilly's Farm and Firewood Service. After payment via Zelle, they asked us to create another pay account to pay a different amount (no receipt provided). Refused and contacted authorities. Wood not delivered.

I ordered from paneguard in august 2025. I received an e-mail saying it was out for delivery on August 28th. it is now Nov. 3 and I have not received the product. I e-mailed the company with no response. I tried [email protected] but it does not exist.

I ordered two pair of shoes from what I thought was Grivet Outdoors. Order #92371 (2025-10-15)$105. 41. I contacted the service email provided [email protected] to get tracking information. No response. I used another service email I found for Grivet and was informed that the order number I gave was not one of theirs and to check the website I ordered from. I got duped!

I purchased a highland cow plush for my daughter. I was given an order number and tracking number. It has yet to be delivered and I ordered it September 14th. Since then the tracking states that it is in transit but gives no other information. I did contact via email a week or so after and was told that they had sold out and were getting a new shipment ready. I have not heard anything since.

I placed an order with the company world wide factory sale and they stated my items were shipped and I never received the items the post office stated the tracking number they gave was not entered in their system I tried to email them again and the address is no longer valid

This is a scammer company posing as a Christian an kids curriculum product

They would not send me a foot of my purchase and have no contact info.

The told me through email they would dens me my invoice ?? f I sent them my SSN!

I have as charge for the digital curriculum which was very bad and. I did d get the download.

I have been trying to get a copy of my purchase for my accounting purchases and they would not send it.

I purchased a pair of shoes, responding to an Instagram advertisement. When I checked on the order it said “pending” but my card was charged right away.3 months later and still no shoes. I now understand that although the website looked legitimate and all the product reviews were good, the customer service email doesn’t match the company name and is suspicious. I have learned my lesson and will never order Instagram products again!

They advertised a perfume I was shopping for online at a discounted cost. I purchased the perfume through their website with my credit card. I received an emailed receipt showing my purchase. It was supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days. After that amount of time and I had not received any confirmation of shipment, I emailed them and asked them why it hadn't shipped yet. They responded with an automatic email saying they had received my communication. Not too long after they emailed me saying the order was canceled. There has been no refund started on my credit card, therefore I googled them and looked up their name and saw that others have also reported that they are a scam company and do not give refunds for orders made.

I ordered products from this company on September 12 through Shopify. It said 3-5 business days. I started contacting them via email, as the phone listed is always busy, and it was an automatic response. Have not received answer, email (except for automated), or refund. Help?!

A complete set of dentures was the item advertised. I thought that’s what I was getting instead I received 3 small boxes each with a bag of white beads and a upper and lower costume looking teeth , no directions no anything I will fight for my money back and

I see more of the exact complaint. This company should be held accountable. It came from UNIUNI WAREHOUSE

Ordered clothing from a FB ad stating their store got destroyed and were closing. Selling all merchandise. Ordered 7/21/25 and still no items. I have been communicating with company via email, and they keep telling me excuse after excuse as to why items haven’t been delivered.

From Yahoo search, STARLAND came up. I reviewed the shoe store website, purchased. Then email confirmation came from service@paypal saying “You have authorized a payment to Cristian Hernández”. Next email advised that Cristian Hernández increased my price. Then a third email came “ Your Cristian Hernández order is on its way”. With a bogus USPS tracking number. The tracking number showed items already delivered to a Hollywood address on August 9, 2025. My order date was in September. I am currently disputing charges.
