I notified my bank of a purchase of pills. I ordered 1 bottle $29.99. This was online, I used a Debit Card. By the time I placed the order, a stream came across saying we have other products, followed by complete purchase then again same stream came across, they went to the amount purchased of $329.97. Never received an email of the purchase. Checked my account the amount was there. This was April 30 2026. May first I notified my bank, they ensued an investigation, which ended them saying, the information they received from the merchant was a valid transaction. The provisional credit was being removed.

I called the company they refused to send me a return label for the product, and that I should keep the merchandise or give it away.

I have called the company various times, and said once the investigation is they will return the product. I have copies of my investigation and the bank.

Item description is highly deceiving and plainly misleading. Quality not as described or shown in the picture. Graphic not as shown. Highly misleading don’t shop with them. I ordered an invincible hoodie and it is genuinely terrible. I’d like my money back asap!!

On the filmed commercial, a woman shows a quilted basket and remarks how soft and beautiful it is. The description says the word "quilted" repeatedly and the product appears substantial, attractive and 3-dimensional. But the item sent is just a photo image of quilted fabric superimposed over stiff canvas-like material. There is no quilting whatsoever. What you receive is a cheap knockoff that's useless.

I ordered a patriotic wreath that was supposed to be made by a wounded US veteran. It is tracking from China and it has been over a month since I ordered it. I have not yet received it. Another person reported them to ScamPulse.com saying they received a painted flat wreath poorly made. It is (theirs and mine) supposed to be made of many varied red white and blue tied ribbons. I still have not received it.

I ordered 2 shirts from this place who says they are made in the USA. No American address. No way to contact if you email they refuse to answer you. There was 1 way to chat and she ended chat immediately.

Ordered items in December 2025 as Christmas gifts. Not received as of Feb. They said they were delivered before Christmas, never provided proof or tracking. In March generic email said they would replace the items, but it would "take some time" and "be patient." Followed up in April, again generic email made to sound personal, said they had encountered problems with shipping but were working on it. I thought perhaps the blockage of Strait of Hormuz might actually be hindering their deliveries. In early May I requested confirmation that the items were on the way, got another generic empathetic sounding email. Late May I said I expected confirmation that the items were shipped, this time the generic email couldn't address what I said and confirmed it was bot generated. I got scammed

I thought I was buying a pressure nozzle for my hose for $49.99. They deceptively added two other charges of $59.94 and $33.99 that I didn’t authorize.

My Chase credit card declined the $49.99 charge. I am disputing the other 2 charges. Chase said that I will not be responsible for the other two charges.

I received an online offer to purchase a handcrafted bee house to help pollinators and without doing my due diligence ordered one. The info in the offer stated made and sold in North Carolina. When the billing posted it went offshore to England, which raised a red flag for me. Online searches show many complaints about shabby quality and reference the products being made in China. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

FACEBOOK AD TO REDUCE BLOOD PRESSURE. I SAVED THE AD. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AFTER A LONG BEAUTIFUL EXPLANATION OF HOW IT WOULD LOWER MY BLOOD PRESSURE. PRODUCT NEVER CAME. WHEN I REACHED OUT, THEY STARTED SENDING ME EXTRA CHARGES FOR MORE PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED. FIRST PRODUCT ARRIVED. IT WAS LABELED, "VITAMIN C SUPPLEMENT." HAD TO CHANGE MY DEBIT CARD, BANK ALERTED ME AND FROZE MY ACCOUNT.

I'm a beginner makeup artist and this brand reached out to me wanting to make me a brand ambassador. I went through their website and ordered from them as it was a requirement but I never received my product I paid for and after a couple months they seem to have deleted their account or blocked me.
