Sold product online and included a fake tracking number from a fake shipping courier. Courier e-mailed me demanding an additional $150 to release the figure to me and demanded payment be made via Zelle.

Advertisement for Cotopaxi mega sale and time to shop was limited. Goods looked like brand but were $5.

I ordered from UltraRight Beer and they never sent any beer or anything at all. Paid almost $40 dollars for nothing. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND THAT SELLER!

Ordered Taylor Swift pajamas in January 2025. They arrived and were OK. In May 2025 I got an alert from my credit card company saying that Aurelle & Bloom were trying to charge my card $29.99. I denied the purchase. Looking back in my records, I saw they charged me in March and April. I am trying to get those charges removed.

Vital Fit Track provided a defective product and haggled me to only refund a partial amount of a 90 day full refund guarantee (if that even goes through). Avoid the website getvitalfittrack.com. Avoid modernlifestyleshop.com. They shipped my smart watch in a timely manner and responded to all emails very promptly. Their website does not offer an address. The product shipped from NU LIFE in Elizabeth, NJ. The charge on my credit card is from FYNIXOR in Ardmore, PA. I expected a full refund and to pay the expense of shipping the defective product back. They offered me 50% refund if I kept the product. They did the same with 75% and 85% and claimed a 15% restocking fee. I would only accept a full refund and for me to ship back the defective and poor quality product. Without my agreement they supposedly issued a partial refund telling me to discard of the item and that they kept $9.95 because of shipping costs even though shipping the product to me was supposedly free. Beware of vitalfittrack. Also, when I downloaded the app necessary to connect with the smart watch, I had to agree to give them access to my phone bluetooth, location, photos, media content, and files. Sounds like giving them permission to access anything they want on my phone. I did not agree.

Ordered from a facebook ad and they sent a shipping confirmation. Never received the shipment. Sent them an email asking where it is they said it is still in transit. It’s may I ordered in October and the website no longer exists.

I bought an item from Brightsky Network Limited and they never delivered. They provided a fake delivery tracking, that's how they got away with it because PayPal never checked if it was legit. That delivery company doesn't even exist and their contact number doesn't exist either.

The purchase was for FreeWave TV antenna, a product of a company known as Straight Commerce. I was looking for a digital antenna and they advertised online. The antennas were priced at $39.95 each and I bought 3, one for each TV I owned. The product had a 30-day money back guarantee. I ordered the product on 03/19/2025. I received 2 emails right away to let me know they received my order and that it was received and being processed. Another email came around the 25th saying it was on its way. On 03/31/2025, I received another notice that it was almost here. I tracked it to New Jersey (I live in OH and the warehouse is in NY). I contacted them a few days later (3 weeks) to report I still did not receive the product and by some miracle, it arrived a day later on my front porch. The product boasted picking up up to 100 channels based on location to towers, surrounding trees, etc. My boyfriend hooked 1 antenna up in my back room and we were lucky to get 20 local channels. There was a suction at the bottom of the antenna that was cheap plastic and would not adhere to anything. I was not satisfied with the product and decided to send it back. The only address was the return address on the outside mailing envelope, so used that. I wanted to verify that address and looked it up online. There were several negative reviews and possible scam notices for that address plus individual accounts of damaged products, products not received, refunds not received, etc. I contacted my credit card company about my concerns and they told me to wait about 10 days to see if the company responds. After 2 weeks, I checked the tracking number for that package and it had arrived 2 days after being mailed out. It was sent to the return address I mailed it to and was told it was received by an individual and provided the time. Called credit card company again and was told to try and contact the company. The company had no phone number (the phone number I provided in my complaint is that of the warehouse in NY where it was mailed). I contacted their Customer Support Team and was told my refund would be delayed because it was sent to the wrong address. Apparently, they have a return policy (don't recall seeing anything about that when I ordered the product and there was nothing included with the TV antennas either), I received a follow-up email from a different person telling me that because it was sent to the wrong location, they could not give me a refund. However, if I did make attempts to retrieve the product and have it sent back to me, I could then recontact them. They would in turn provide the appropriate address to have the product returned and I would THEN get my refund. I knew I'd been scammed. For kicks, I called the number listed for the warehouse (where apparently the package was sent in error) and left a message on the machine. I knew I'd never get a call back and was right. I contacted Customer Support again to let vent again and demand a refund (knowing it was mainly to let off steam and they didn't care). They replied back with a survey of how I rated my experience with them. I was floored. I gave them a poor review anyway. I recontacted my credit card company (Discover) and they agreed I was scammed and filed a complaint on my behalf. They are crediting my account for the money lost ($113.74), which was not much, but just a very bad experience.

ENDORSED BY "THE SHARKS": NOT ONLY DO THESE KETO+ACV GUMMIES DO NOT WORK, YOU ARE DECEIVED INTO SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, THAT YOU ARE UNAWARE OF. I thought I was buying 3 bottles, get 3 free. I thought the price was only supposed to be $30/bottle. I was charged $239.94 on March 30, 2025 from HEALTHMOON, St. Petersburg Fl.

I should have known it was a scam when my credit card company alerted me about the charge being possible fraud. But I wanted to try the product.

On April 30, 2025, I got an email from my credit card company saying I had a recurring charge of $239.94 from MOONHEALTH, Fl.

I called the phone number, which luckily I had taken a screen shot of, when I got a notification about my order, because looking back, I cannot find any information on the company. The customer service rep knew right away that I wanted to cancel my subscription. I told her I didn't even sign up for one. Why would I need 6 bottles of a product every month, when you are only supposed to take 1 a day? Even an extremely obese person, wouldn't need that many!!

She told me that she will cancel it, however, the April subscription has already shipped, but she will issue me a half credit. So I am hoping to see that on my credit card in about a week. I would prefer a full refund but 50 % is better then nothing. I am not mad about the product not working. I know weight loss products do not work for everyone. I am mad about being scammed out of a lot of money. I would have never thought this to be a scam, seeing it was backed by all of "the sharks". I hope they would not be happy to know that customers who are buying this product are being scammed.

Advertised product on Yahoo website. Sent money and never heard back.

I purchased what was advertised as a genuine Owala water bottle through a business called “HydroSip” on the Shop app. The product was listed with the Owala name, branding, and logo, and it was priced similarly to official Owala products (around $54 total). I paid for it using Affirm’s installment plan and expected an authentic item.

After purchasing, I discovered multiple customer reviews on the product listing claiming the bottle was counterfeit. These reviews said the product was not a real Owala, even though it was advertised as such. I immediately contacted HydroSip to cancel the order and request a refund, but they refused, stating the order was already en route.

I then contacted Owala directly, and they confirmed they had no record of my order and said it was possibly a counterfeit. I have reached out to Shop app, Affirm, and Owala, and I’ve documented every attempt. The seller’s email also appears unprofessional and suspicious (e.g. [email protected]). The entire situation feels misleading and deceptive, and I believe this business is falsely advertising counterfeit items as authentic, while refusing to refund customers when confronted.

This isn’t just about the money—it’s the principle. This company is misrepresenting its products and taking advantage of consumers who believe they are purchasing from legitimate retailers.

I ordered 2 hats on March 11th, by April 1st, i made an official complaint to PayPal. PayPal had me work with the company to resolve the issue, but the company kept giving fake tracking numbers. I'm now working with my bank to dispute the charges

Buy 15 items at 2.00 a piece from JC Penny liquidated items. Several emails back and forth. They want to refund me 70% cuz my package was lost and they have to pay shipping. I will not accept!

I placed an order for Essenz Dubai Chocio on March 19th...after a month, I emailed the company and they said there was a shipping issue because my order was incomplete. I told them I initially ordered 3 bars but my card declined the 3rd one due to insufficient funds. I told them that i deleted the 3rd bar and to send the 2 bars that I paid for. They said they could not do that because it was a special because the 3rd bar was at a discounted price and part of the deal. I paid for the 3rd bar using another card. Once i completed the payment, I received my order in a week. To my dismay, the bars looked absolutely nothing like the bars they advertised. The one advertised actually looked like another reputable companies photo. What I received was supposed to be in cold packs to keep the chocolate fresh, but it was not. It was in plastic and delivered to my mailbox and were tiny and tasted terrible.

After contacting them they apologized and said they could not issue me a refund, but wanted to send me another order. I wouldn't eat anything that this scammer would send me! They are obviously professional scammers and everyone needs to stay away from them.

This company advertises a physical book to learn Greek on facebook. They even charge a shipping fee of 11$. Then once you pay they send you a link. I asked them why they never have info that this is a digital book and why they charged 11 dollars for shipping fee and they also asked for my physical address. They said that it was a misunderstanding and they mention shipping fee but they really mean processing fee and that the videos depict how the book should look once printed. They refused to give me a refund.

An ad on Facebook showed a beautifully quilled bedspread and pillow shams. It was said to be hand made and quality quilt. I purchased a king quilt and pillow shams. I received was a silk screen picture on a very thin blanket. It is not at all like the quality item shown, I contacted the company and they excuse was"
After reviewing your order, we would like to assure you that we strive to provide clear and accurate descriptions for all our products. The product listing for the item you purchased specifies that it is a printed design, not a traditional quilt. For your reference, here is an excerpt from the product description:
"All products are made to order and printed to the best standards available."
I want to report this so many others do not experience this scammer.

Product received was not anywhere close to what I ordered and they refuse to let me return it. They used a picture, not from their site, and I ordered based on thier description and picutres.

Social media, Shopify store and company website show one product and claim to only ship within the US. They turn around and send knock off products that are much cheaper. All items come from china, ship to someone inside the us who turns around and slaps another shipping label on it and then sends it to you. Customer service is less than helpful. You pay for “shipping protection” for $2.99 and they do not even give accurate tracking. FAQ says shipping is 7-11 days. Takes a month to receive.

- Durham, NC, USA • Apr 18, 2025

The website shows pictures of high quality clothing but what you receive is low quality non-comparable products. When I requested the return information I had to first reply why I wanted to return the item then they decided what my return should be. The reply they sent was unacceptable. I have attached below the email communication between the two of us. I want to return this ratchet outfit to this vendor and have my money returned.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for being able to contact us. May I ask why you need to return the product, is it a quality issue or is it because the size doesn't fit?

Could you please tell us the reason why you want to return the product? This will enable us to help you solve the problem faster.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

(salesperson name was here)

I replied to them that neither of these options were acceptable. I just want my money back. They know when it was sent that it was a substandard product and it was nothing like the advertised product.
