Then I told them that the product was inferior quality compared to what I saw online and they said that I would have to pay the full shipping cost back to China which cost $115, the cost of the two suit coats to begin with

Watched ad online for tachtical flashlight. Clicked buy now and entered info. Package did arrive but later than expected. Recieved produuct not as advertised and definitly inferior quality. Can not reach anyone for refund and can find no customer service number to call. Just this web site that when entered sent me directly to you

I ordered 2 horse-themed decanters filled with bourbon. The racehorse decanter had the body of a thoroughbred, and the legs the length of a sheep. The horseshoe decanter might have held a cup of bourbon had any bourbon been included!!

I ordered variety of teas from this company from Facebook. I received my teas which I was not satisfied in October 2025 and now I see the charge of $65.92 on my credit card bill. They are billing me but never received the teas. I tried calling the number does not work and I've gone on the website and there is no place to email them. That is why I know it is a scam.

Advertised made in USA, 2-3 day delivery. One linen blouse and one cotton Tshirt. Both were 2 sizes too big, both a thin flimsy synthetic material. Came from China, took 15 days.

The merchandise was received and was horrible quality. 100% polyester vs cotton. From waist to end of crotch area was 20 inches. I requested a return and they offered me $5.00 /$62.47, then $8.00 then $12.00. Told me to give them away because to ship back to China would be too expensive. Correspondence ended when I said I was going to report them.

The website looked like a store down south that was moving so they were reducing their inventory. Said their return policy was simple. Found out that they were in China, wanted to give me credit for more crappy clothing instead of my money back. Offered 3x to reduce the price of the item that was poor quality, did not fit and did not look like what was online. I stated that I wanted my money back several times. They said I would have to pay the shipping back to China which is more than the dress itself. Sent me a label that I could not access to send the item back.

The company claims to give you a large amount of product, but in reality they send you small packs of the product. Then they charge you a lot of money for nothing. Do not fall for the scam. It's not worth it.

Product was advertised as a mini air conditioner meant to cool a room in minutes. Was actually nothing but a cheap plastic fan. Was to be locally sourced (USA) to be delivered in 5 to 7 days, but actually shipped from China.

When advertised it said 60 day money back guarantee but when I start trying to do a return it states 14 day return policy. It didn’t work for me and also the slip of paper included with the product gives a Florida address 14050 NW 57th CT, Miami Lakes Florida 33014 but my CC statement gives New York

I ordered a product called AUDICARE. The company claims that this is a healthy hearing supplement. I received 4 bottles and took as instructed. The promise was that it would definitely improve hearing capabilities. However, the promise was that if it did not improve hearing that a full refund would be returned after 90 days. Whenever I try to call the company I received a message that says I have reached the company after hours. I feel this was a deceptive business practice without any regard to the buyer and no recourse as promised with the believe that money would be returned if not satisfied.

This looked like such a wonderful store front selling online and having a sale! The dress and shirt that I received are not cotton as advertised. At best, they are polyester. Super poor quality (advertised as 100% cotton). I have reached out via email and messenger on FB and have not heard a peep. I suggest you avoid this company.

I purchased the product online. If you bought a 3 month supply it was cheaper so I did. It said if not satisfied with results you could get a refund. I ask for a refund because it did not work. I was sent an email that said it was past my 30 days and couldn't receive refund. I submitted a claim and was denied. Not sure how you can use the product and see if it works if you need to return it before it can be used? I think I should have been refunded the 2 months I didn't use but was denied!

I saw an ad on youtube for some amazing glasses. Purchased one pair, then was advertised for an additional $5 dollars i could get a back up pair. Bought 2 pairs of glasses, that arrived quickly, but were each worth about $4. My mistake, but i see now they have created a monthly withdrawal from my credit card. I called number, they say they have closed account, but i also notified credit card to cancel any further withdrawals from them in the future. I never realised i was on a monthly subscription, glasses were in trash can a week after they arrived. I wonder if the original company had sold my credit card number. I will be checking it in the future
