The Order was placed on 7/19/25, via Facebook.

Paid via Paypal.

I got the receipt with a Tracking Info, which doesn't work at all.

I contacted/emailed the company several times, no answer.

Item received was not the coin ordered. Different liberty on coin face and different eagle on back. Does not state One Dollar or 1 oz silver. Coin imprint states 5000LLRRS 1 OZ. FINE GOLD.

Facebook post showed website to purchase Lego set at major discount. Made purchase after completing a survey. Never received product but was signed up and charged-for two unauthorized subscriptions at $9.99 each (manwearz.com and Stepigo.com) Credit card company flagged second charge attempt from STEPIGO.com and I was able to get the charges removed.

The last correspondence was that I will receive pick up instructions.

It’s been since 8/3/2025 and I have not received any communication from them.

Bought 2 large fake fern plants. I was sent confirmation emails and shipping updates. I never received the items. They were paid in full and I tried to contact them through an email and their website doesn’t exist. Address was 8 Rue du Capitaine Bastien Melun 77000. Company name was Elorya

I ordered a mirror from Norrin.ca which was advertised on Facebook. The website looked legitimate. I received and order confirmation and even seemingly had tracking with the Shop app. After a week of no shipping update, I reached out to the company which only had an email as their contact information. They responded back and thanked me for my patience and said they were checking with their team. I checked in several times and received similar responses from them. I finally asked for a refund and still nothing. Once I responded saying I thought they were a scam and was going to report them, all of a sudden their website doesn't exist.

Facebook ads promoted recieving an XL BOGG Bag in exchange for completing a survey. The initial $14.95 was sent to enter the contest, no confirmation email was recieved. The ad said the bag showed up in 4-7 days, it did not happen. However apparently the tiny print terms agreed to in the survey said if the account is not cancelled within 3 days you’ll be charged a subscription fee to the company to enter more giveaways which do not exist. The website includes no information, the email address given by their 3rd party answering service does not work: [email protected].
