I ordered 2 hats on March 11th, by April 1st, i made an official complaint to PayPal. PayPal had me work with the company to resolve the issue, but the company kept giving fake tracking numbers. I'm now working with my bank to dispute the charges

This company advertises a physical book to learn Greek on facebook. They even charge a shipping fee of 11$. Then once you pay they send you a link. I asked them why they never have info that this is a digital book and why they charged 11 dollars for shipping fee and they also asked for my physical address. They said that it was a misunderstanding and they mention shipping fee but they really mean processing fee and that the videos depict how the book should look once printed. They refused to give me a refund.

An ad on Facebook showed a beautifully quilled bedspread and pillow shams. It was said to be hand made and quality quilt. I purchased a king quilt and pillow shams. I received was a silk screen picture on a very thin blanket. It is not at all like the quality item shown, I contacted the company and they excuse was"

The product listing for the item you purchased specifies that it is a printed design, not a traditional quilt. For your reference, here is an excerpt from the product description:

I want to report this so many others do not experience this scammer.

Product received was not anywhere close to what I ordered and they refuse to let me return it. They used a picture, not from their site, and I ordered based on thier description and picutres.

Social media, Shopify store and company website show one product and claim to only ship within the US. They turn around and send knock off products that are much cheaper. All items come from china, ship to someone inside the us who turns around and slaps another shipping label on it and then sends it to you. Customer service is less than helpful. You pay for “shipping protection” for $2.99 and they do not even give accurate tracking. FAQ says shipping is 7-11 days. Takes a month to receive.

The website shows pictures of high quality clothing but what you receive is low quality non-comparable products. When I requested the return information I had to first reply why I wanted to return the item then they decided what my return should be. The reply they sent was unacceptable. I have attached below the email communication between the two of us. I want to return this ratchet outfit to this vendor and have my money returned.

This is the email communication when I received the sub-standard dress.

We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Your concern is understandable, and I appreciate you reaching out to me.

For your situation, we can offer two proposals:

1. you keep item and we refund 10% of order.

2. we sent you a 40 % discount code that you can use in the future.

I don't suggest to return, because If you return the item, you will need to cover the expensive postage costs.

The fabric quality is of the lowest level material!! This product is nothing like what was advertised and listed in the description. I am requesting the information to return this item and receive a full refund.

I replied to them that neither of these options were acceptable. I just want my money back. They know when it was sent that it was a substandard product and it was nothing like the advertised product.

I ordered Christmas pajamas in early December 2024. When my order was not received by Christmas, as was promised, I reached out to the company requesting a refund. I was offered a 50% refund initially, but after insisting on a full refund, we finally agreed to a 90% refund. This was in January of 2025, here it is now April 2025 and I have still not received the refund.

Ordered and received product. When I called to return because I changed my mind, was given address by three different people. Tracked thru post office and location is vacant. Sorry returns, 129-20b, 20th avenue, unit b, college point, ny 11356. Vacant property. Also receiving emails from “Dr. Jeff” re products and in order to unsubscribe, takes me to a dangerous site, so I cannot unsubscribe either. Out $199!!

It was an ad for a bootbarn clearance sale with all bootbarn merchandise with really low prices.. I should have known better being it was a big Red Light . I order a few things that came to slightly over what was needed to make free shipping ! I was excited because I was able to buy my Christmas gifts early and affordably. It took my credit card easily and said to watch my email for a conformation number and a tracking shipment number, I never received any email with such information ...I got all my purchase information on my credit card statement and then I looked it up online. I saw the warnings of it being a scam and got right on to reporting it.

I ordered a pet replica of my deceased pet and the website says the order would be ready for preview in 7-9 weeks. I ordered Christmas Eve and it’s been almost 14 weeks with no preview. I emailed customer support and demanded a photo of the progress and they are refusing. I tried to warn others of their scams on their Facebook page and was immediately blocked.

Saw an ad on Facebook that Torrid was having a clearance sale that everything is $4 and under. I ended up order some things. Made the purchase on March 16th. Took screenshot of receipt of payment. Here it is now the end of March and no package. Can’t find a number to call.

The supposed owner, Brenda Reeves, promotes a tea mix of herbs that will help a multitude of health conditions from inside out. She requested $250 for 2 months worth of tea. She states she takes paypal venmo cashapp . I venmo her the $250. She then asked for the shipping information meaning name and full address. A ciuple of days later she said my teas were ready and requested an additional 100 dollars to ship. I told her thag it was too expensive and that she didnt disclose that in the beginning. She said she'd ship it at no cost in Wednesday 3/12. After that i asked her for shipping information and she didnt answer. I kept on messaging with no answer. I filed a claim with Venmo with no help. My bank is currently helping me get my money back.

they advertise a non invasive blood sugar finger gauge.

The send a regular oxygen and pulse reader. The bus says Non invasive bloodsugar meter but the product inside is not a blood sugar meter. It is a oxygenation/pulse meter.

Luca Venati showed luxury well built in appearance shoes that piqued my interest. I selected a pair of these shoes and made payment with my credit card. I got an email back stating that my order had been placed as LV1356, but when I sent an email to support,@lucavenati.com, I got zero response.

I looked into it further to find that they provided a town of Berlin DE. I can't find a Berlín DE, so I do believe that they are scamming people.

The advertising low prices dual portable monitors include shipping at using cash app 50.98 with tax and free shipping but they made there own shipping company name Airocargo (track #7D7C3CF1D29EA6) to trick me into waiting before complaining before the website expired. They send email with item one 49.99 THE DUAL PORTABLE MONITORS 14" × 1, other is a free Leather Desk Mat Brown x 1 worth 19.99. Order number ORDER #1745380.

I ordered a medium, knitted cardigan that came in orange or blue. I chose blue. I received a small printed top on polyester in orange. I reported this to Comstylish and they apologized and said since it came from China they could only give me 20% credit on another purchase.
