I signed up for the service 11/15/23. The amount of leads promised was delivered for the first 60 days. The ended mid January and I have since had ZERO leads or any of the other above promised services. I've attempted to contact them via email, phone and their website chat numerous time. No one from the company has responded. My bank is looking in to getting me a partial refund of $600

I am an artist. I happened to be checking the web for any reference to me, and found a link with one of my paintings that looked suspicious to me. When I opened the link, I saw that the scammer had stolen an image from my art website of one of my recent 3D pieces, and was listing it for sale for $27.67 (a ridiculous price for a work of art). I checked the "Size" menu on the page, and saw that all the sizes relate to clothing. I then looked at the information for this site under "About", which, along with a person's name and an email, gave an address in Newark, NJ. I looked up the address on Google Earth, it does not exist. This piece is being offered for sale fraudulently. It is a one-off piece, it is already owned by a collector, so there is absolutely no way that it could be sold. If the collector had wished to sell it, he would have informed me and would have gone through one of the several reputable art auction houses.

Tried to order hot sauce,2 credit cards rejected. Gave up,next day received call from 1 card security service. Both cards had someone trying to open wallets and trying to purchase Popeyes chicken somewhere down south? I'm in Phila.!! Had to cancel both cards,luckily no money lost.

the website indicated instant unlock for $26 dollars after 24 hours they then told me that the fee was for a check and the unlock price was 49 dollars. and then told me about industry standards that they have to maintain upon checking this company is not associated with the industry they are claiming to uphold their standards

I purchased $100 worth of plant goods from this fake website. I not only got no shipping or delivery of items, the website has so real contact for customer service. There is no phone number. The email address is fake and no one replies. It’s an automated reply of Chinese language. The pricing displayed is bizarre cheap for plants so I thought it was a deal. But it was all fake. I’m worried I have a family and kids with these crazy people with my information. I hope someone here can help me. I saw other people do a review on these fake products and this scam. I wished I did my research first!

The scammer appeared on my son's Instagram page showing jeans to purchase. I ordered the jeans on 2/1/24 and never received them. I contacted them via email on 3/14/24 and received a reply saying delivered on 2/16/24. The email received had no name attached and there's no phone number available on their website.

I placed my first order on 2/15/24 that same day I received an email from GirluxeI saying my order was confirmed on. My other order I placed on 2/19/24. My first order I received another email on 2/17/24 from Girluxe stating that my order is on its way. My second order I received an email on 2/21/24 from Girluxe saying my order has shipped and on its way. They provided with a tracking but when I click the tracking number it doesn’t show you anything but the date the date that you placed the order. So I gave it some time to arrive once 2 weeks pass I went to track my package again but there was no new information there. So I sent an email inquiring about my purchased items and Rachel Peake the head of customer support reached out to me saying she was going to look into it. It’s now been a whole month and I didn’t receive anything I order.

First order was 3 bodysuits second order a duffel bag. I seen them on TikTok

a man called to say I owed this company $250 for the Free Trial that I took advantage of in September, 2023. If I do not pay the money, they will start sending out monthly supplies and charge me for them until I pay the initial money they say I owe ( They haven't been able to prove that to me) plus the amount will grow with each shipment. I will not pay this, and this business plan of theirs is bullying. I paid what was required for the shipping of the free trial. The guy told me that they will ship and the amount owed will rise, then they will somehow mess up my credit, take me to court, etc.

I found this shop through Instagram. I placed an order. The confirmation indicated the item would arrive in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks I sent an email to the address listed on the receipt and web site. Two days later I received an undeliverable notice that said:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

[email protected] ([email protected])

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

There was no answer at the phone number listed on the web site.

While there are several customer reviews on the site, I have a hard time believing them to be true.

I ordered what I thought was a Carhartt woman's rain jacket with fleece lining in size XL. I received and XXL with definite signs of it being a fake Carhartt, like an ironed on logo, fleece lining that sheds horribly and just cheap fabric. I contacted Carhartt and this is not one of their garments. When I emailed the company for a return because they sent the wrong size and that I was not happy with the quality, I got this response:

Dear Customer,

If you insist on returning, please return the item to the following address. But we suggest you check the shipping before you return, it may cost you a lot of money.

Please tell me the tracking number after you return, then we will refund you after we get the return package, it may take us a long time.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Stanley-brand tumbler. What arrived was a no-name / no-brand tumbler that was not only a different color but also dirty! The company's "about me" has a story of a mother/daughter pair from NJ who decided to begin selling online, but it must be phony. Trying to get them to refund me (email replies take weeks) because of the obvious false advertising but I may have to contact the credit card company to get it resolved or else I am out about $60.

Ordered from their site and was charged on feb 18 for the product. On 2/23, they emailed me saying there have been unforeseen circumstances and the shipping has been delayed. On 3/3, i emailed them for a tracking # and told them if the product hasn't been shipped yet, then i want my money back. They replied on 3/3 saying the product would definitely be shipped in the next 3 to 5 working days, which would have been by 3/8. I reached out again to see where the products is and no response.
