Ordered a two basket/two tiered collapsible shopping cart for $38.97 from a Morrstan ad on Facebook. Instead of sending the cart, they sent a 1-inch x 3-inch toy truck. I will be disputing this with my credit card company and have the multiple other scam reports to help support my claim.

Ordered a two basket/two tiered collapsible shopping cart for $38.97 from a Morrstan ad on Facebook. Instead of sending the cart, they sent a 1-inch x 3-inch toy truck. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and now Morrstan is questioning my dispute.

I made an online purchase they even gave me a tracking number that led to a fake tracking site. I enter the tracking number in and it all looks legit and then the next day I got an email from the person in charge of transportation that said that my package was stuck in customs, and they needed a custom stamp to pass through customs kind of like extra insurance

I ordered a used floor transmission shifter I was charged twice when I called my credit card company I learned that they had been some other attempts to make charges to my card and were declined the card had a hold placed on it due to a suspicious transaction

i received the products and said that I wanted to return them, and they told me that my refund request had been received and that I did not need to return the products. Although I have repeatedly emailed to make sure, they have responded with the same message. One month later, $197 was withdrawn from products worth $150 from my card, and now they're saying that they're withdrawing because I didn't return the products. My situation is very bad and almost the last of my money has been withdrawn. I want my money back, please help me.

they offer clothing so i bought it. When i received it 3 weeks later it was terrible quality and not what was advertised. I reached out via email to return it all (i was still within my rights to return according to their website). they asked me what the problem was and i replied along with pictures they requested. They will not give me the option to return. they keep trying to offer me small amounts (up to $10) refund and to keep my products which i refused. they also keep saying that return shipping (which would come out of my refund) would be expensive - which i also said i didnt care. I have requested a return label 5 times now and they will not give it to me claiming they've tried doing everything to make me happy. There is no way to get the refund from them and they should not be able to do business in the US

also when i originally ordered the product it was $94 but they charged me credit card $110. i emailed them questioning it, and they said it was a mistake and refunded the $16. That seems unethical to overcharge a card by accident, but now knowing what i know it was probably on purpose.

I attempted to purchase 3 quality wigs from the company. Instead, I was sent 2 of the same style wigs and all three of the wigs were made in very poor quality.
