Saw an ad in august, ordered clothes. After a month hadn't received them so I emailed. According to their "tracking" site (which never worked for me- should have known then) it had been delivered. They said they would expedite a new order which still hasn't been received but has also been listed as delivered.

I ordered a TV antenna Aug.26 on a website I thought was recommending the best antenna for the money. The cost was $59.88. It arrived several days later and was completely unusable. My TV would not even recognize it. I emailed the company to see if I could return it and they offered that I simply keep it and they would issue me a $35 refund. They also gave me the option to return it USPS with insurance and provide them a tracking number. I did that. They never confirmed that they received it. I found out through the USPS that the package was returned on Sept.25.

After two weeks I reached out via email and asked them where my refund was, and I did not see credit on my PayPal account. They said it would take up to 30 days! I sent several emails afterwards with either the same response or no response. Finally on Oct.14 I found a phone number for them through PayPal and called to inquire about the refund. I representative answered with screaming kids in the background. She was rude and short with me and kept saying the the refund was sent to "my bank account". She hung up on me!

The representative stated that they delivered an introductory bottle of weight loss pills at a cost of $39.95. They stated that I now owe $999.80 for the remaining bottles (4 bottles at $249 per bottle but they would settle account for $329.80 which I did not agree to but they already had my bank card information for the $39.95 I agreed to patient close the account. I never received any pills and I weigh 118 pounds and don’t need to lose weight. I called the bank and learned they charged me the $39.95 introductory price and $249.95 which I didn’t authorize. They also said they would email me the documentation concerning my order and account closure which they have not.

The ad stated two bottles for 39.98.. My credit card statement later showed I bought five bottles at 299.99. I called and they told me my order was already shipped when I asked them to stop the order that I thought their ad was very deceptive. They said they had a deal for me which was to refund me $100 which they did but I had to keep the five bottles of keto diet gummies at a cost of 99.99. This happening to often to people and it needs to stop!

I made an online order for keto gummies. I thought it was for 1 free trial bottle. I was charged $199 and change. Gummies did nothing/ I called back and had to cancel a subscription that I didn’t even know existed and I fought for half of my money back. That I received. He said to keep trying the gummies he was sure they’d work. I’ve tried twice to get them to refund the rest of my money and it’s been a mess

I ordered 5 dresses for my daughter to choose from for Graduation on 5/3. The total was $134.94, $18.99 of which was expedited shipping (3-7 days). Before ordering I confirmed that the items were returnable / refundable. The dresses did not arrive until 5/21- none of them looked like what I ordered, two had other clothing brands labels on them and I have not been able to get a return shipping authorization from them despite e-mailing 4 different contact addresses. When seeing an add on Facebook for this amazing mascara I attempted to purchase it amount was 1 mascara the first charge was for $17.99 on 06/28/2023 ever since that first charge with my SELF credit card ( which is a credit card made to help you build up your credit) in which with these fraudulent charges has made it so hard for me

Mother of three children to maintain a good credit score because since the first charge of $17.99 on 06/28/2023 I’ve now been charged 10 more charges from this company but now all ten charges are for the amount of $31.63 totaling an outstanding amount of $316.30 from 06/28/2023 to 02/28/2024. I’ve tried telling Self credit card company numerous times I don’t know what’s going on and why I have tons of charges from this “company” but I have not go any merchandise for any of these charges except the one time for $17.99 for one mascara. Please buyers beware because this has cause me so much time, stress , aggravation, money and my credit score and late fees. Please be careful and don’t always trust what they tell you is supposed to be the truth not everyone is your friend. This one really hurt.

I ordered an item Jan. 21st 2024. I was supposed to get a digital review of my item within 1-4 days. I never got it. So I emailed after 11 days asking for one. They informed me they don't do that. Even tho their website specifically says they do. So I got the image, and approved, being told it would be an additional 5-7 days. So I waited. After a few days I emailed. The first response was they damaged my item and had to reprint it. The same day I got another email saying there was a tracking issue (from another team member) so I definitely felt I was being scammed. I asked to cancel. 6 times. They didn't respond. Then finally Feb. 2nd I told them if I didn't have tracking by the next day to cancel. They informed me they don't refund per their policy, however they don't follow their own policy but not following the shipping times, as well as giving excuses for why it was taking so long. No response. So I filed a chargeback claim with PayPal and low and behold they gave me tracking. I still asked to cancel. They said no. The package had still not shipped, it was stuck in 'label created' so I asked yet again to cancel and they said it was too late because it shipped. I said j filed a chargeback and they blocked me on Facebook. So I went to their IG and there is quite a lot of people leaving comments about never getting orders or updates. When I told them I went thru the same thing, they blocked me from their IG.
