Withdrawal came out 12/01/2024 under the name fibernestzstreetwears ordered shoes online...they say were delivered and they were not (have cameras) ...claimed they reshipped them and then claimed they were received (they were not). Then tried to meet me half way and only refund half the money....then finally agreed to refund all the money on February 9th but said it may take up to 25 days. No refund. No shoes.

I ordered two men’s shirts and never received them!

Web site advertises $39.00 for a 1 month supply, but when the order is placed, the order is for 6 bottles @ $39.00 plus it automatically adds another 2 bottles of something else for $59.99 AND a magazine subscription for $19.93 . They do not tell you what your being charged until AFTER your card has been charged. I thought I was ordering something for $39.00 with free shipping but was charged $319.91. VERY misleading.

I ordered some carved wooden Easter eggs from a Gomeking ad on Facebook that clearly and boldly states Made in the USA. Facebook does not check the ads they put on their website. I paid using a credit card and got a confirmation through Pay Pal and I immediately checked my credit card, saw the payment was going to China and canceled the payment and order. I did some research and found out this company is fraudulent.

I order some clothes online and never received the order

- Brooklyn, NY, USA • Feb 26, 2025

I sent this email on February 20th.

Dear Love Flora Co,

I placed an order on February 5th, 2025 order number being 1012321. I noticed that this order has been in the processing stage since February 12th & I think it is taking longer than expected to be processed/shipped, which states 6-9 days according upon me purchasing. It has now been 11 DAYS, WHAT IS GOING ON ?

Could you please provide an update on the status of my order and an estimated delivery date? If there are any issues causing the delay, I would appreciate any information on how this will get resolved. I appreciate your time and assistance and look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

William Smith

I have not heard from this company YET. They sent me the tracking number which is for yun shipping, a Chinese fulfillment & global shipping. I don’t think it’s fair I have to pay off a loan for something I never received.

Received an email from address [email protected] stating that an invoice had been received from Palomino Bazaar LLc for $1054.18 due upon receipt. It contained the following:

Note from seller

Unrecognized transaction? If this wasn't you, contact us now at (888) 651-9960.

I checked my PayPal account and did not see anything regarding an invoice sent. I then looked up the company and saw a scam alert associated.

This fraudulent website lures you in for inexpensive women's clothing. I purchased many items. You wait for months and they keep telling it's coming and show you bogus tracking. You will never get anything. If you question them and want a refund...Nope! They offer you 60% of what you paid. That is called stealing in this country. Fraud. Terrible. Sad.

Ad selling Minecraft block toys that never, ever arrive. Website mysteriously disappeared.

The coat advertised was not the coat sent to me it had no labels to verify what it was made of it was the worst quality of material i've ever seen when I requested a refund they started the nickel and dime routine so I escalated the complaint to Paypal where the item was paid for they intern contacted the Company set up a return process the problem is the address they gave Paypal is not the address the item came from it was shipped to me from a Chicago ILL address and not the China address given to Paypal I would ship it back to Chicago where it came to me from not China it seems this is the intention to make impossible cost wise to return the item I don't understand how they are able to get around the Garments Laws setup to protect the Consumer as far as quality is concerned!

I found this website via Facebook marketplace, and I was led to the website and I inquired about a beauty pallet and then was sent an invoice via email saying to pay via Zelle or cash app etc, we called the phone number on the invoice I was sent and it’s a google number. I actually did try to send payment via Zelle and thank God my bank flagged it and canceled it for me.

I bought an item (toilet brush) from an online ad. The item was $35. I was then unknowingly enrolled in their VIP program which charged 39.95 a month. I did not voluntarily sign up for a vip program for a TOILET BRUSH.

After seeing several ads on Instagram I decided to purchase a vibration plate. The order was processed through Shop Pay where I kept track of shipping updates. The item took a couple weeks to show movement then said delivered. My cameras didn’t show any packages dropped off on the date nor time stated. I reached out to the merchant several times with no response back . They have no other contact information to be found. Please beware.

Purchase a pair of shoes . Sent the money the merchant states that tracking numbers are provided with every purchase . A tracking number was provided from FedEx after tracking the package “it’s delivered “ to another address. I reach out to the merchant I was informed that I was provided the wrong tracking number . Merchant provides another I tracked that package closer to the date of possible delivery date it’s delivered . I contact FedEx and was that the tracking number is not associated with my address . I reach out to the merchant I get a message stating I was provided the wrong tracking number I will be updated by the end of the day . Well now it’s crickets no more responses of any updates and this is day 2

Hello,

RE Supergooddeals.com, and its president, Mr. Kevin Jay Lipsitz.

This ebay seller told me lie upon lie to convince me to wait weeks longer for a refund for an order never received - till I waited past the limit date for the guaranteed ebay cover, so that ebay closed the case without even reading or refunding me, and the seller then stopped replying and never refunded.

Tracking ( https://tracking.directlink.com/?locale=en&itemNumber=LM376127469SE ) shows the item was never even physically handed in to the courier - still on "Item PRE-ADVICE received" since day 1 & for past 2 months. I've now checked with Postnord which confirmed this.

- 1st lie: Seller confirmed shipping (tracking shows item never handed in as shown above).

- 2nd lie: When asked about this tracking confusion, seller said it was normal, that this courier only starts tracking when pack is past the Customs and in my country.

- 3rd lie: The seller asked me to wait at least 4 more weeks (2 months in total), on account of wrong estimates "placed by ebay, not him" on his page - So I waited to be kind.

After waiting more weeks as demanded, I finally opened a case - eBay instantly closed it in seller's favour, because I should not have believed the thief's lies, because that made me wait BEYOND THE EBAY COVER'S TIME LIMIT !

... The perfect scam!

Now the seller who won this case by lying all through is no longer replying, nor intending to refund.

Also, all negative feedback for this seller on ebay seems to be removed, while the company online shows worst possible score (and its president, Mr. Kevin Jay Lipsitz, is shown all over Internet to have been a convicted crook, on different & serious occasions).

I have been refunded by Paypal so am not claiming money here, but want to report this thief so as to save others from the same horrid experience. Can you please add this testimony to a file for this company, Supergooddeals.com / Supergooddeals on ebay, and its president, Mr. Kevin Jay Lipsitz.

Or/and if possible forward this to other or more relevant places that might deal with this efficiently.

Many thanks, kind regards,
