They pretended to sell brand clothing as if they are the outlet online mall through advertisement on Instagram.

I bought a few items and paid by my credit card. But, as the items didn't come in almost a month, I sent email to [email protected] since they responded by this email when I asked for order confirmation. They said the delivery was lost and they paid for the shipping, so they could refund me only half of the purchased amount. I never get any refund.

I ordered the product that they said would help by hair grow. After 3 bottle used I had 3 bottles left. I emailed them thay I wanted my money back. The deal was if retured in 90 days they would give refund. I followed the terms. When I filled the chart back to get refund. They emailed me that they would give me 20% back and keep the product. If not I needed to return on my money. So I went ti the post office to retured. Then I found out it was going internation. Which would cost me $34.00. This to me is'nt want they promised on face book. They should return my money and pay the shipping charge. Fillow their words. If not I would have not tried their product.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Scally hats, purchased them - my card charged immediately. I never received the item, got notice it delivered and contact the email stating I never received it. They were apologetic and sent a new order but same thing - never got it! Then I requested my refund, that was over 60 days ago. I keep emailing them asking for my refund and get a reply of stating it takes 15-25 days for refunds and now they are saying it is due to banks taking long.

On Facebook, peaka1 attempted to sell via skylineventures.shop, a GLP1 and GIP product. I ordered the product with expedited shipping and never received it. They did not respond to even one email I tried to send them. I ATTEMPTED to contact them at least ten times via email.

I have looked on facebook an this popular premium feminine gummies others say ut is legit but other didnt received what they order. When i post my order it was decline bc my debit bank card didnt allow it to go through didnt understand why so i called my card an the payment was block. I unblocked it of course i didnt think nothing of it but the payment still didnt go through so the payment was declined again. I didnt confirm the payment after the first attempt it decline but than at 4am payment wen through without my confirming the payment which it was weird an i ask for return an the custome service emailed me an stated they dont do refunds after order is made. On the site said it does return money guaranteed. So i am reporting this to you all so this wont happen to any one else with their card being charge without consent.

I placed a order on line through tractor supply for a cart. The price was 14.96 2 days later the same company took 83.34 from my debit card. I did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. IVE EMAILED THEM THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND.

Targeted ad via Instagram for clothing. They refuse to honor their return policy of only bearing the burden of shipping. They have tried to negotiate 20%, then 30%, then 40% of the value of my order. Now that I've researched a little of their customer service, this seems to be their scam for many individuals, refusing to provide the full refund offered on their website.

FB ad selling quilts. I purchased a quilt for 145 dollars and was given an email stating it may take 7-20 days to get. So I waited. Then I started emailing and some responses said I gave the wrong address and needs more money to ship again and it was not their policy to pay for that. I told them I did not give them an Oregon address. Then they said later they could not give me a refund nor honor the sale.

I ordered clothing from this store that was closing in Miami. It was shown as a boutique called Kelly&Katy. The product arrived of extremely cheap material and 1 of the items was not what I ordered When I attempted to return. I was told I would have to return to their warehouse in China and I would pay shipping costs that could be costly. i asked why would I have to send to China if the store was in Miami. They discouraged me from returning by offering me 30%. I told them no and they stopped answering my emails. I then filed a dispute with my Wells Fargo Bank.. After they did their investigation, they denied me the money.

I noted after searching them today, that they had closed their website i was unable to enter on email address on this form- it was info@Katy&Kelly.com. The address I was given to return Xiejiang city Guang Zhou, China 510407 5th floor Building 11 Julong Industrial Zone. Tongde Street, Baiyun District
