Advertisement for the chance to win an iPad for 5.95 after taking a short t-mobile survey. After putting in my debt card information I never received a confirmation regarding if I won the iPad but the funds were debited from my account and 3 days later an additional $79.95 was taken from my debit card and I haven't received any confirmation or product. Any attempts to communicate with the phone number associated with this scam is frustrating and futile. Please beware.

I ordered a motorcycle battery, paid for it online. The total included a shipping cost (12.45) and taxes. I had to contact them, several times. They claim battery was delivered. I did not receive product. They refunded part of payment. Said they would resend item. They did not.

The amount itself is not large, however if done repeatedly, they keep $15 - $20 from all who try to order, that can add up. Small scale scam possibly. Improper English in communication, not sure where the 'company' is located.

Would like to warn others. Thank you

The web site offered unique robes and clothing. I ordered a whiches robe. I can not track the tracking number it is not in any tracking system nor can i locate the carrier CNPEX the site said delivered my iteam . I have tried emailing them with zero response. When i go back to the site it changes . It is currently nicechic.shop

Scammer used the maximum amount of days Amazon permitted before shipping. Scammer did not ship within 30 days and so violated the Amazon return or refund policy. Nothing could be contested outside of this period. Scammer filed a USPS tracking number with negligible package or item to be tracked. Because the product ordered was a food/health supplement product, it could not be returned or refunded. Thus the scammer made a profit from charging the customer and never having to deliver said product.

A folksy leather purse co claiming going out of business. Bags half price. Leather. Large selection. Chose one. It arrived and was plastic. To return the usual Chinese never gonna approve or get $ back. Beware don’t order if you think it is leather. Not going through hassle of return been their before. PayPal paid them immediately issuing a payment to Nova Star Innovations Inc which is not a company selling animal goods, (they sell electronics). Other names uses are Ghardilo (this company is listed as SCAM STORE. Also used "Enra" "Faboto" "Nova Star" Telephone used is not Ghardailo number. The representative stated that they delivered an introductory bottle of weight loss pills at a cost of $39.95. They stated that I now owe $999.80 for the remaining bottles (4 bottles at $249 per bottle but they would settle account for $329.80 which I did not agree to but they already had my bank card information for the $39.95 I agreed to patient close the account. I never received any pills and I weigh 118 pounds and don’t need to lose weight. I called the bank and learned they charged me the $39.95 introductory price and $249.95 which I didn’t authorize. They also said they would email me the documentation concerning my order and account closure which they have not.

I ordered a reformer from fitness reformer. I contacted them the first time thru email and they responded with it was shipped out, responded thru email a second time and they told me they sold out if I didn’t mind waiting for them to restock I said no problem a month 1/2 later I sent a third email asking for my order they responded with we have our reformers stocks it should be shipped out within 24 hours I sent another email fourth one asking for a refund they never responded sent a fifth one asking for a refund no response.

I am writing to report a potential scam in hopes of preventing others from experiencing the same issue.

A month ago, I purchased a package of 10 bamboo fiber boxer underwear. The product arrived 12 days after payment, but when I opened the package, one of the boxers was already damaged, with the elastic coming loose. I immediately contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction with the quality and requested instructions for returning the item to receive a refund.

They asked for a picture of the damaged product, which I had to send twice because they claimed they didn’t receive it after multiple requests. Then they informed me that they couldn’t issue a refund if the product had been used, to which I clarified again that I had not used the boxers and that they were still in the original packaging.

Now, they are telling me that they don’t cover return shipping and have provided an address in Fenggang Town, China. Do I really have to pay expensive shipping to return a poor-quality product bought in the U.S. all the way to China just to get my money back? I’ve been communicating with these people for almost a month, only to be given the runaround, and now this is their final answer?

They claimed my order was delivered. I never received it and they had no proof of delivery. They offered yo reimburse me 60% of my payment but never received that either.
