Ordered2 the viral TikTok one piece jumpsuits. Order two of them that total $15 on sale. I am still currently emailing the company and they keep telling me sorry it’s on its way, don’t worry about the tracking number and it not being updated. Definitely a scam!!!!!

The scammer had a post set up to look like it was Betsey Johnson. I clicked through to the sale and purchased items but once I put my card info in I saw that the site had a different URL and that the confirmation email was strange. The transaction on my card is charged to RUGARYPONTUOUSLSAS. The website is acetoern.com.

Facebook ad with video claiming to be Natural Life (legitimate clothing company) for a warehouse sale. Ordered clothing from site that looked to be Natural Lifes site. I notified capital one of the fraudulent charge.

I placed an order three weeks ago and the tracking information that appears on their website defers from what shows on USPS’ — the later states they are still waiting for the item. You place an order, they create a label and that is where it stops. Customer service is unresponsive.

Ordered case. Never received and unable to contact. They do not respond.

The scammer has changed their web address from "www.cigarettesclub.com" to "https://cigsking.com/". Their support e-mail has also changed from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]". The instructions to make the payment are available on their website (https://cigsking.com/payments/). I even received an order confirmation e-mail (Order #*****). They also provided a tracking number - *************. However they did not respond to any e-mails when I informed them that the package had arrived in the US. There were no more updates. I requested for a refund but received no response with them. I also filed an FTC Report (No. *********). I haven't able to recover the amount, I don't know what to do to recover it.

Person is on instagram saying that they are a reseller. And that they are selling items for a a lower price than retail offer. From February 15th up until March I’ve been told to send payments. Along with other excuses in which I haven’t received any item. Or a refund, the person is active on social media still

Facebook presented an ad to my fiance which he showed me to gauge if I would like the Sage & Eden mushroom lamps as a Christmas present. I said yes, we ordered. When the product arrived, it looked NOTHING like the pictures and smelled like spray paint still. The box seems to have originated in the US, but when we contacted customer service they said we would have to pay for shipping and that it had to be sent back to CHINA. Now the website no longer exists, nor several facebook pages. The site they originally had up had all excellent reviews, but when I went to Amazon, real people were posting pics that were similar to mine. SCAM.

Bought toy that was supposed to arrive before christmas. Saw ads for the site online with guaranteed delivery by christmas. Started seeing reviews on social media where others were saying it has been months and their purchases never arrived either. No phone number. I’ve contacted them through their website multiple times but they have not resolved anything.

I signed up for the service 11/15/23. The amount of leads promised was delivered for the first 60 days. The ended mid January and I have since had ZERO leads or any of the other above promised services. I've attempted to contact them via email, phone and their website chat numerous time. No one from the company has responded. My bank is looking in to getting me a partial refund of $600

I am an artist. I happened to be checking the web for any reference to me, and found a link with one of my paintings that looked suspicious to me. When I opened the link, I saw that the scammer had stolen an image from my art website of one of my recent 3D pieces, and was listing it for sale for $27.67 (a ridiculous price for a work of art). I checked the "Size" menu on the page, and saw that all the sizes relate to clothing. I then looked at the information for this site under "About", which, along with a person's name and an email, gave an address in Newark, NJ. I looked up the address on Google Earth, it does not exist. This piece is being offered for sale fraudulently. It is a one-off piece, it is already owned by a collector, so there is absolutely no way that it could be sold. If the collector had wished to sell it, he would have informed me and would have gone through one of the several reputable art auction houses.
