Purchased a hooded sweat shirt from Goodenergy.com, a store that I found on instagram. Their products look good on their actual website. I’ve attempted several times to make contact about the order via their website and on instagram. I also notified them that the email address on my order was incorrect and wanted to make sure that they knew that as well. Cannot seem to get past their automated chat to get a hold of anyone.

I ordered these November 25th. It told me 3 times I didn’t have the funds to make the purchase. It then cleared on the fourth try. I did order from them prior and received an order of $600.00 of product. The second order for 200.91 in product never showed up. The shipping says they shipped it to Brentwood, CA and I am in PA. No one from the company has reached out to me and they did reach out to me about it shipping late and then went dark. The first and second order were both the same site, the same late shipping email, and the same customer support contact. Did the business close? Because then they should be responsible for reimbursing orders unfilled.

These people express how great they are how wonderful there product is they claim your shipment will arrive within 7days but i notice they give you no tracking or suggested day of arrival when you try to contact them via email they claim there is a problem with the system 8 days later after 3 different times trying to contact these people i still haven't heard a word so where is my merchandise or my $65 dollars back of course there is no phone # we have to stop these disgusting people and hold people who call themselves a business to a higher standard

I placed an order for used drives for a skid steer on trucks Spare Parts. I sent a check for payment. The owner of the company sent a invoice to my email. I was told items were shipped. The seller refused to give me a tracking number. 2 weeks went by after many promises of package being delivered soon. The seller then decided to inform me that he needed insurance on the package that was already shipped. He wanted more money. I then asked for a refund on the parts I ordered and he will not respond to the refund question. This is a total scam and I have spoken to others that have also been scammed and are getting the same results, No parts and no money returned.

Woman texts me stating a story like the other reported. Stating she was in a private medical center with lung cancer and wanted her daughters to have sessions with me during surgery tine to keep them in brighter spirits. I gave her a price but am pretty smart about scams and googled the number so i luckily didnt lose anything.

I ordered over garments from this sister on sept. 21st 2024. I paid $201 for them in full. I still have not received my things and today is January 31 2025. I have reached out numerous times and keep getting the run around. I will be going to the police next.

This was a mini space heater advertised as efficient, easy to use, odorless and would save on bills. The items arrived in damaged boxes that were ripped or open. I tried one heater. It emitted a foul odor and shortly thereafter stopped working. I contacted the company by e-mail. Told them what happened. They asked for pictures of the packages and I sent it to them. I told them given the condition of the packages and what happened with the heater I tried I did not trust in the safety of the product and wanted to return them for a full refund. I’ve been getting the run around with all kinds of excuses. They kept repeating questions I had already answered. It almost felt like I was not e-mailing with a human being. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The scammer sells chocolate strawberries on Instagram. She takes your money, offers a speedy order and charges 25 more. When you show up for the pickup she doesn’t answer the door and refuses to refund your money. Several attempts have been made with no results.

Order clothing. Never sent an email or confirmation or an order number. When I contacted them several times, they stated they needed name of store where it was ordered and an order#, which I was never given. No replies recently.

While surfing the net attempting to find a RAB Cirrus Flex 2.0 ski vest at a good price a website from a company called STARLAND came up. It appeared to a legitimate clothing company. It contained photographs of several other items that could be purchased. After purchasing the vest and a Helly Hanson fleece top I received a receipt in an email from starland

Ordered a pair of Brooks sneakers online. Company was called Oemete. Used my debit card, payment went thru. Received email if purchase. Then received another email that it shipped. Has been 14 days ! Package tracking says still in Hong Kong ? Can not find website or phone number. No response to 4 emails sent. Noticed reviews online stating others are finding Oemete to be a Scam. Neve received,item paid for !

I ordered a hya- skin face slimming massager 2 of them in December through shop app which I would expect vets their businesses before having them on on their web platform. The company seems like a drop ship company who uses shopify. I repeatedly emailed asking about where my product is, and or refund no responses, then got a response of I will speak to managing team, then a response you will get refund .never happened never responded managed to remove themselves off my page so I cant bother them. I have emailed them I have receipt for purchase. They are horrible liars and cheaters poor customer service they need to be shut down.

Saw a ad on Facebook early Dec 24 on bootbarn big sale I ordered several packages amounted to around $55 they gave me a tracking company based out of China I followed it for weeks only to be told it had been delivered but it wasn't I checked all postal business as but none from USA where used at all so once it arrived state side tracking was limited I checked UPS, DHL, USPS without any info on tracking number.. I reached out to the company email and they wanted to give me a 20% discount on a reorder I refused they agreed to resend my order gave me another tracking number I followed and got same results.

I looked on Google for a product and it popped up on Google Shopping. The website looks real. I ordered the product and paid in full. I got a confirmation stating that the money was taken out of my account. The confirmation screen says that I paid and got Reference #************* with Transaction ID #*****************. And my PayPal ID says I paid someone named Kelly Stubs with Merchant ID 8CU486306V304583. The email address on the receipt of Kelly Stubs is [email protected]. I tried to email the support email address on the website for the company 3 times, and the emails bounce back in approx 24-48 hours saying it is undeliverable. I tried calling the telephone number on the website and get an automated recording saying the telephone number is not in service. The company keeps emailing me trying to get me to purchase the item again with discounts saying that I left it in my cart. I have taken screen shots of the emails and the approval that I got when I paid and my confirmation from PayPal

Do not purchase anything from this company larineco. It claims it is incorporated in new jersey. they have no customer service. They will keep charging your card without your consent. they never sent the merchandise.

Ordered two sweatshirts. When they arrived they were cheap Chinese shiny nasty material. When I searched for informal regarding returns, there was nothing. A cutomer service email was provided. I have emailed them 4 times and no reply.
