Bought 2 large fake fern plants. I was sent confirmation emails and shipping updates. I never received the items. They were paid in full and I tried to contact them through an email and their website doesn’t exist. Address was 8 Rue du Capitaine Bastien Melun 77000. Company name was Elorya

I ordered a mirror from Norrin.ca which was advertised on Facebook. The website looked legitimate. I received and order confirmation and even seemingly had tracking with the Shop app. After a week of no shipping update, I reached out to the company which only had an email as their contact information. They responded back and thanked me for my patience and said they were checking with their team. I checked in several times and received similar responses from them. I finally asked for a refund and still nothing. Once I responded saying I thought they were a scam and was going to report them, all of a sudden their website doesn't exist.

I saw a great advertisement for a foldable chair on Instagram and could not believe the price. It has been over a month and I still have not received the product. I emailed a request for tracking and the email came back undeliverable.

Advertised product on FAcebook, when received it was extremely poor quality. I attempted to return product by email because no tel # is listed. All emails are AI generated and continues in a loop with send instructions on return. Offering ridiculous high fees for return

Facebook ads promoted recieving an XL BOGG Bag in exchange for completing a survey. The initial $14.95 was sent to enter the contest, no confirmation email was recieved. The ad said the bag showed up in 4-7 days, it did not happen. However apparently the tiny print terms agreed to in the survey said if the account is not cancelled within 3 days you’ll be charged a subscription fee to the company to enter more giveaways which do not exist. The website includes no information, the email address given by their 3rd party answering service does not work: [email protected].

On July 2025 I purchased 1 bottle of Primo TRT for $30 and I would get 2 bottles free,when I received the order it was 5 bottles, and they charged me $200.00 I immediately contacted them and they deducted $100. Five days after trying the product I was not feeling well so I contacted them and told them I would like to return the order,and they said fine,so when I returned the order I sent them 3 bottles back, and that cost me $20, they received the product, 7 days later I was told I would only get back $5 I think it is a major rip off, I am so disappointed in Primo TRT, I think the company should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off Senior Citizen.

I was looking on Google for a specific shoe. Was led to a website for GOHUY that had the right shoes in my size for 50% of normal price. Tried to place an order. Entered my credit card - was directed to PayPal but paypal blocked the payment. This was a good result. GOHUY sent multiple emails to remind me to complete the order and to try a different payment type. I fially gave up - but they do have my credit card info. I am monitoring my credit card and since finding this entry, I will call my credit card company for advice about what to do to to prevent fraud on my account. thanks for this service!!

Purchased a foundation from a TikTok video which had the OWNER of the company in ( apparently AI) . They sent me a delivery notification saying it was delivered. When I reached out saying that not only was there no delivery but no delivery person on my 2 cameras. The notification disappeared. I’ve reached out twice to customer service saying I want a refund. They won’t respond. Also their website has disappeared from Tik Tok Shop
