I ordered a wood stove from Eleganthomeusa.com and it never arrived. No response from the company via phone call or email. Tracking kept being updated, but after 8 weeks, I disputed the charge on my credit card.

Ordered a BBQ for $1600. Was given a fake tracking ID that showed unusual tracking information. Product never arrived. Emails and voicemails were never returned. Credit Card company disputed the charge and resolved in my favor. Scam

I ordered an attic lift from their website and received a confirmation email. This email was then followed up by delay in shipping due to excessive volume of merchandise being ordered. I then received a tracking email. It stated that the item was being shipped and I was able to track the progress however it took a very long time. Ultimately the tracking address no longer worked. I sent an email to the seller and to the tracking agent and both of them were no longer in Service, and the server could not be connected. I am no longer able to contact the seller nor the tracking agent and the website is no longer active.

This was a seemingly legitimate website with reviews and numerous pieces of furniture. I ordered and got an email back about the order and then a day or two later an email about a small delay with apologies.

Then a week later when I had heard nothing I went to contact them and they no longer seem to exist. I have disputed the charges with my credit card.

They look like a reputable company and have a number and chat and email. No one ever answers any of those means. When you order they generate fake shipping / tracking. Nothing ever ships. They use SHOP from Shopify to pay. It’s a scam.

i ordred a sloar system kit from eleganthomeusa.com (ElegantHomeUSA.com). this is the kit i ordered:

they took my money and i have recieved zero communication from them despite trying email ([email protected]), chat and calling repeatedly. i have nothing to show a shipping date or that they are even processing my transaction. they do not return emails or phone calls, i can find no physical address for the company.
