I keep getting calls from different phone numbers and different people saying:

“Hello this is Tara calling from personal loan underwriting regarding your personal loan request I'm the senior underwriter working on your file from what I can see your application is almost fully approved we just need to confirm your preferred terms before sending out the paperwork if you if you're still in need of a personal loan press two now to speak with me or someone from my team or you can call us back directly at 855-909-0899 we've already tried following up a few times so if you're no longer interested just press seven and we'll go ahead and close the…”

They send the calls straight to my voice mail, 2 or 3 times every single day all hours of the day and leave voice messages that I was approved for a $35,000.00 or $50,000.00 loan and they need a little more info to complete the loan application, which I never filled out or apply for any loan with Consumer Lending. They use quite a bit of different Tel Nos., 866-878-2551, 866-878-2480, 877-580-3664, 833-487-2544, 888,919-1820, 833-487-2543855-535-1146,855-535-1102, and the list goes on. It is very annoying receiving these calls so frequently.

National Lending Services contact me at least 5 times per day, coming from various area codes with a call back number of 866-959-1247. Once I ask them to remove me from their call list, they simply hang up and the calls continue. What can I do to make this stop, or better yet, what can you do?

Excessive daily phone calls 3 times a day at times. Different phone numbers leaving the same voicemail.

I am called nearly daily from a different number. This company says that they are based in California. They sound legit and IF I were looking for a loan, I could have mistakenly thought this was real. I asked again and again to be removed from their list and they hang up on me.

3 or more calls a day with voicemails, all using different numbers. The call is a recording from someone saying "your application is almost complete...we just need a few more things..." I spoke with someone on 2 occassions by pressing 0 or 9 and I told them to remove me from the ist or I will file a lawsuit. She said ok, but I still get the calls.

I have been contacted daily for over 3 months by a company that is offering to provide a personal loan, they use the same scripted message when they leave a voicemail and they always call from a different number so I can't block them. When I do answer and ask what the name of the company is I am told they are United Lending Union, or Helping Hand Financial or some other lending company. I have verbally requested 4 times to be removed from their call list and have pressed 9 to be added to their Do Not Call list and they still call me everyday. When I ask to speak to a manager they hang up, if I call back the party that answers hangs up instantly. If I ask questions they hang up. At this point this is harassment and I will also be reporting them to the FBI.
