If she's not available to call them. There is a complaint that is being filed in our office. Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. And you will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you may contact our legal department at (585) 296-4586. And this call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.

My family and I received multiple calls on different occasions from different local numbers stating they were from National Document Services claiming they had to serve me papers and wanted to make sure I would be available. When questioned they referred to me call 888-204-5046 with a reference number. This is not a legit phone number. it is scammers impersonating to be debt collectors. This has GOT TO STOP! They are taking advantage of old people. They all use fake voices with accents as well. Its sad and must stop!

Called me from this number, (951) 277-6097, indicating that a civil complaint had been filed against me and they wanted to know if i was home so that they could deliver documents. Basically, they were trying to confirm the address for whatever reasons so that they could match a name and address is my guess. Although they had the wrong number and alleged they were looking for a family member. They left a file number that they advised me to provide to the family member and to reference when calling "National Document Services".

I received a call from National Document Services. “ This is Justin with National Document Services, calling regarding a civil complaint file, involving NAME with a reference number. 216 dash 12382. Again, 216 dash 123. 82. documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation, if they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to call 951-277-6097. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.

They called and left a voicemail on my phone line from National Document Services stating “ This is the National Document Services, calling regarding a civil complaint file, involving Buck Potter with a reference number. 216 dash 13716. Again, 216 dash 13716. documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation, if they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to call 951-277-6097. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.

Voicemail was left stating a complaint was filed in their office and that they would try to reach me at home and place of employment. In order to stop further action you will need to contact an agent immediately at 866-804-3335.

The scammer called via telephone and identified themselves as Tony Martinez. They asked for my husband by full name. The scammer stated he worked for National Document Services and was trying to reach my husband to provide him with contact information of another service he had to call in order to set up a time to have legal documents delivered. The scammer told me to write down a reference number (Ref # 166024) and a phone number (888-845-2166) that my husband needed to make the arrangements for document delivery. I took down the information and Mr. Martinez then ended the call.

Voicemail left from Dave of National Document Services. They were following up on a complaint they received on a family member. yes (name was used) Documents were to be mailed and a signature required. Issuing agent will dispatch confirmation.if they are unable to reach you at home they will reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action I would need to contact the issuing agent at 8883410959. Call has been logged in effort to notify you.

Voicemail fm a person claiming to be ‘Alex Garcia stating they have a complaint on file which is processed to be be sent out to me. I did not answer the voicemail.

Called the number refused to identify themselves but states that they are serving legal papers refuses to give name of company or address to verify identity and validate it’s not a scam
