Hi, my name is Fred from National Document Services. This is Fred, we have a pending case in our office intended for (fake name). They will need the reference number 788-110. Again, 7788 110. There has been a complaint filed in our office. Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out, and you'll need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issue an agent will dispatch confirmation. If they're unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact to issue an agent immediately at 866-709-7419. Again, that's 866-709-7419. Transcription of a voicemail message I received. "This message is intended to Heather Williams. This is Wayne Cooper of National Document Services. Calling to follow up with a phone call, received in reference with a a case number 779482 again 779402. There has been a complaint filed in our office documents regarding the file or being prepared to be sent out and you'll need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issue an agent will dispatch confirmation. If they're unable to reach you at home. They will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken. You will need to contact to issue an agent immediate at 866-709-7419. Again that's 866-709-7419. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts made to notify you."

45 second Voicemail left on my phone June 3 by a female. Said there was a complaint for something. Gave me a file number. Told me to call 951-269-4455 to stop delivery of the document. Otherwise documents will be delivered to my home and I must sign for them. If I am not at my home delivery will be at my place of employment.

Scammer called from local phone number trying to reach my brother about a complaint. Would not provide further information due to needing personal and verification information. I am listed as his emergency contact on medical and legal documents. They stated I needed to use reference number ******** and I could call them back at 951-602-5253. The original number they called from just goes to a generic voicemail. When we call the call back number: it states it will recorded for quality assurance and when answered it was a foreign voice that just said, "can I help you"

My family and I received multiple calls on different occasions from different local numbers stating they were from National Document Services claiming they had to serve me papers and wanted to make sure I would be available. When questioned they referred to me call 888-204-5046 with a reference number. This is not a legit phone number. it is scammers impersonating to be debt collectors. This has GOT TO STOP! They are taking advantage of old people. They all use fake voices with accents as well. Its sad and must stop!

Called me from this number, (951) 277-6097, indicating that a civil complaint had been filed against me and they wanted to know if i was home so that they could deliver documents. Basically, they were trying to confirm the address for whatever reasons so that they could match a name and address is my guess. Although they had the wrong number and alleged they were looking for a family member. They left a file number that they advised me to provide to the family member and to reference when calling "National Document Services".

Again, 216 dash 13716. documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation, if they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. The scammer called via telephone and identified themselves as Tony Martinez. They asked for my husband by full name. The scammer stated he worked for National Document Services and was trying to reach my husband to provide him with contact information of another service he had to call in order to set up a time to have legal documents delivered. The scammer told me to write down a reference number (Ref # 166024) and a phone number (888-845-2166) that my husband needed to make the arrangements for document delivery. I took down the information and Mr. Martinez then ended the call.

Voicemail left from Dave of National Document Services. They were following up on a complaint they received on a family member. yes (name was used) Documents were to be mailed and a signature required. Issuing agent will dispatch confirmation.if they are unable to reach you at home they will reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action I would need to contact the issuing agent at 8883410959. Call has been logged in effort to notify you.

Called the number refused to identify themselves but states that they are serving legal papers refuses to give name of company or address to verify identity and validate it’s not a scam
