We have never done business with this company and this needs to be shut down immediately.
Unsolicited fax invoice from Med Pulse appears to be a scam
Suspecting its a scam, we looked up name and address for information and came across a lot of reports of scams coming out of that address. Also noticed someone reporting one on your site and decided to report as well so it's known this is still going on.
