Received a fake invoice fax from Med Pulse

We received a fax from Med Pulse on 04/03/2026 to "Accounts Payable - Office Manager" listing our address, billing us $358.80 for Secure Fax Routing Service - Annual Plan / Routing and support coverage for our fax number at $24.95/unit. Additionally there was a Delivery Confirmation Add-On / Automatic delivery receipts for outbound faxes at $4.95/unit. They gave their account info for ACH/EFT payments to be made to Bank of America with Routing # 111 000 025 and Account # 4881 2375 2446.
