I have recieved two text messages from this company trying to collect on tunnel charges. They say they are a debt collector... I have never received a bill from Elizabeth River Tunnels. Seeing online that this may be a scam

I received a text from "Harris & Harris Debt Collector" that I will be getting a text about a debt. 800-362-0097 (this is a listed # for Harris & Harris") Then, the text comes stating: Constante (not my name), Harris & Harris- collects for The Government of Washington DC.. Balance: $240. To pay: https://hhcollect.co/sLbb12f or call 855-319-7310 (this phone number is listed online as Spam and has hundreds of complaints) and a reply STOP for stop

Received a text message about an upcoming text message that I would receive. The first message was received around 11:30 AM CST and the message was:

You will receive messages from Harris&Harris Debt Collector. # of messages varies.

The second message I received was around 11:40 AM CST and the message was:

Justin, Harris&Harris-collects for Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. Balance: $67.5

I monitor my credit report at MINIMUM weekly, I have no outstanding debts that have been sent to collections with anyone. If this were from the state of Oklahoma or the Turnpike Authority, I should have received an official letter in the mail, not a random text message from shortcode text message number 69534.
