Ordered shoes 10/5/26. Delivery date kept changing but was never within 3-7 business days as advertised. Package has been stuck in transit at one location since 10/8/26. Requested a refund, they sent me to a 3rd party named Corso saying I had protection for my delivery which I know I didn't purchase. Contacted them 10/18 stating I want a refund. They then email me 10/20/26 and say they'd get right on it, they contact me back again with fake apologies etc, then email me again offering a "substitute" as the shoe I ordered is no longer in stock. I told them I don't want a substitute I want a refund as I first requested. No reply yet! $161 WASTED is not okay!
