I saw an ad on Instagram for a rubber sponge to avoid spreading germs, I bought the plastic sponge through the ad and was charged 35$ and was given order number through this company rocket commerce, it’s been over three months, every time I try to get in contact on shipping status I’m given the same reply due to COVID -19. I highly believe this is a big spam.

I ordered a pillow from this company on 12 July on an Instagram Ad. They have taken money at the total of £28.94 from the credit card because I thought that they were kosher. I reported this to Instagram but how I did I get my money back as I did not receive any confirmation from this company

Purchased Miracle Lids 07-07-2020 from ad on Facebook. Supposed to get a confirmation email but never did. I'm careful buying online, so I was shocked Facebook has allowed this company to continue advertising as a well documented scammer. I should have been more careful. Glad it was less than $20.

I’ve ordered a set if lids but on receiving my bank statement, there’s five (5) purchases on my account! I never purchased that amount of goods, especially in one day, from this company! I have never received the verification number that was stated on the order form, either! This is a SCAM! I demand my monies returned to my account, but cannot reach the company! Thank u for ur time and consideration. Shut down this sham of a company, plz!

I ordered the lids advertised online but when my bank statement arrived, there were five (5) purchases showing for the same day! I would never purchase that many items from them on the same day! I never received any verification number as was stated in the order form! I’m highly displeased with this company and the shoddy way it’s run! I demand satisfaction and the refund of my monies, however, I’m having a very difficult time trying to reach the company. Thank u for ur time and consideration in this matter.

Purchased charges. Charged money sent an email stating order received then shipment email confirmation. However the tracking number they have provided has no name of the delivery company. Emailed them few times blame COVID for delay in replying. Called the number but always on answer phone. Need help claiming my money back.

I wish there was a way to warn people before they get ripped off but I'm adding my complaint to the list of all the others for whatever good it will do.
