I ordered some charging cables. They emailed me saying they were shipped and provided a tracking number. It is one of those foreign tracking numbers. I emailed to ask what was the shipping company and they said emails would be answered in a week due to Covid-19. That was over two weeks ago and no reply. Some of the above comments give hope so I will be patient for a while.

I ordered sponges o June 10, 2020 for $28.89 and never received them. I want a refund to my account. I feel they miss guided the consumer as to the actual final purchase price. They need to be shut down for false advertisement and non deliverance of purchases.

Ordered sponges $23.94 in May and never received them. Called the number yesterday and they said they were closed, although it was early in the day. Called this morning and got a girl that answered with a Hi, clearly caught off guard. I told her about the missed order and then she said oh, my name is...so sorry about your order it will be a while bc of the virus...she said to call back at the end of the month if it does not come in...Right. I hate ordering from Amazon ..but at least you know you have a recourse. And I saw the silicone sponges at Home Goods for $5.99 for 4!

Hi. I ordered Magic Lids on May 31st and received my package this morning. I hope this info is helpful and is any consolation.
I emailed the company ever 10 days and would check in on the status, ask for tracking numbers etc.
They assured me it would get delivered but was taking longer due to Covid 19.

I ordered my lids on May 31st and just got them this morning. I would send them a couple of emails asking about my purchase and they replied that it was taking longer than usual.

I requested and my account was debited for $11.95 for a sponge product and $5.99 for shipping. I DID NOT get a confirmation email from the company regarding my order. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute for those dollar amounts.

I ordered a computer charger cord 3 weeks ago, still have not received. Ordered another one today, 3/22/20 did not realize they were same company.
Both times advertised Free Shipping, but they charged me $5,95 both times,

There was a phone number I called and I got a recording that they are closed, then they provided their hours, I believe it was a 9am opening time and it’s EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

I ordered Magic Lids on May 31st and I just got them this morning (July 24). I sent a couple of e-mails to them over the last 3 weeks asking, 'Where are my lids?" They said they were on their way and taking longer due to Covid 19.

I was about to call my VISA company and get the money back, but the lids showed up this morning.

I'm writing to let anyone know the product did get shipped, finally! ...dont lose faith.
