Ordered3 super charger wires for I phone

I ordered three wires (super chargers) and a plug on June 27th. No email confirmation but two charges on my card. I emailed them to ask why I hadn’t received anything and I got an email back saying it took up to 23 business days. I emailed them again after 23 days asking for either my product or a refund and I got another email back asking me to wait a couple of days whilst they looked into it and said They are sure I will love their product. I am now contacting my bank to see if I can issue a charge back On my card. They should be stoped immediately from advertising or trading!

Ordered Magic Lids on May 14, 2020. Never received e-mail confirmation. My credit card was charged $29.93. Can't get in touch with them. Guess I'll have to chalk this up as being a fool for not checking them out first.

If you are patient you will receive your orders. It should never take this long but I placed my order somewhere around May 26th and just received it TODAY 7/31/20! That’s basically 2 months but at least I got my items! I hope that makes some of you feel better.

Yes, it does! Thanks for posting. I was beginning to think I got scammed! Like everyone else I got an order confirmation saying my order was on its way. That was only about 15 days ago though. But usually when I order things I get them within a week so I started wondering and email them to ask where it was at it said it was shipped. I got some stupid email saying you're too busy to respond but they'll get back to me when they can. So then I started wondering where their company was at. And I stumbled onto this site lol I usually get orders right away unless I accidentally order something from China then it takes months. Anyway good to know my sponges will eventually get here I'm sure I will somehow survived another month and a half LOL

I just submitted my complaint about 8 hours ago and I’m hoping what info I give all you may help. Check all your folders for an order confirmation that would come from noreply@rocketcommerce, (if you haven’t already). If you find it it will have a order number in and a email address. [email protected]. I suggest you all blow them up with emails. I sent them a second one (After no response for ten days)and it wasn’t very nice and low and behold I got a response that my product shipped out. I even got a tracking number. I’m still not going to hold my breath but it’s worth a shot for you all. Good luck to all of you.

Oh yeah. Got a tracking number from my order on 6/3/20. Far as I can tell today 8/4/20, it’s in transit, in China, as of 6/25/20.

On 7/13/2020 I ordered the stretch lids. As of 7/31/2020 I STILL haven't received an order confirmation or any form of communication from Rocket Commerce and also no sign of the lids. There are 3 charges on my bank account from Rocket Commerce so I know the order went through although I'm not sure why 3 charges. Once I submit the order, the site disappeared so I have no order number or anything other than the 3 charges on my bank statement to prove my order. I am normally very careful about researching BEFORE placing orders from ANYBODY for ANYTHING. I really got careless this time. Had I received an order confirmation at least, I would probably have been a bit less concerned for a while. But after seeing 3 separate charges on my statement and being unable to even return to the site to review my order and see why 3 charges, I decided to look at the reviews for Rocket commerce. Now I'm thinking I will not see the lids, or the money ever.

I have ordered a wireless speaker, floating chair and some iPhone chargers from them. I didn’t realize they where the same “company” that I ordered the speaker and chair from otherwise I would not have ordered the chargers. I have not received any of the products and am out the money I spent! They should not be allowed to advertise on the sight!
