I bought through a video on facebook for Magic Lids- Flexi silicone Caps.I used my Visa for this purchase on 4 Feb 2020 and was charged NZ$37.94 for a 6pcs x 3 sets. I believe that even with the slowness of parcels due to Corona virus I should have received these before now.

I ordered 3 packs of these silicone lids on Feb 11, with an email from them saying they were shipped on Feb 14. I paid $37. When I search for Rocket Commerce now, there is no such website, so I guess I was also scammed.

I ordered from this company and have not received the kids I ordered. I saw the advertisement on FB. I just want my money back! This is a scam. If I do not receive the kids or a refund I will be calling my State Attorney General. This is not a threat, but a promise!

I responded to aFacebook advertisement for a product called Magic Lids-Flexible Silicone Caps. According to the add, the delivery was supposed to be free. After entering bank details, a popup got displayed, to select delivery mode, no way to bypass the option. I was charged extra for delivery. The amount that was on the checkout (in AUD) was different(higher) from the amount on my bank statement. Goods have not arrived yet. Wanted to cancel the order, but was told that goods were already dispatched (On Easter Sunday...). Was told that I can reject the load at arrival, it will take 60 days to process refund. Since I've asked them to confirmthat the refund will include delivery charges, no reply received
