I ordered silicone lids and the money was taken June 1/2020. To this date I still have not received them, considering there’s a 2 day delivery advertised if you pay extra for UPS I am very disappointed. I have not even received an update! Called the office and it was closed.

Same as with others, placed an order for the silicone lids on 13th May, email received with the usual information. No products and no way of getting in touch. Kiss my money goodbye and don't ever buy anything advertised on facebook again. Shame really as I am sure there are legit companies out there advertising. Lesson learned.

I saw an ad/video of the forever sponge. I thought it was a cool idea and was said to get 2 sponges for $12.00. I figured thats a great deal. I made the purchase they only asked for my billing address not shipping, but charged me $3.00 for shipping. They sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number didn't work. I emailed them several times about it and got a response saying "message not delivered". I also wrote the facebook page, as well as facebook. Its been months and I've not received even an explanation. This is complete BS facebook promotes them.

Paid for the silicone seals money taken out of the credit card for the amount stated (free shipping to NZ) then another payment was taken out too, have heard nothing from them when I tried to contact them through their USL chat, as they say they will e mail the order number through, there is no e mail address for this company so no way getting hold of them, something needs to be done regarding rocket commerce as they are scamming people out of money, I for one will be taking this further through my bank is there anyone that can sort these people out?

We ordered the lids also and noticed they charged us $13.99 for DHL shipping. Looks like we will be getting this sorted thru our bank also. Also looks like it will pay to charge your credit card so they can't keep taking money out.

I have ordered Flexible Silicon Lids on 20 May for amount of 32.85 pound and it was transacted from may account, I received a confirmation this delivery. Until now I did not receive anything from them. In there confirmation were saying that they will dispatched this order within 10 to 25 business days.
I thing that this company is a fake or scam.

DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - MAGIC LIDS... Just purchased the Magic Lids from this company... Our bank called to notify us of an unsual transaction activity and that there had been scam companies using facebook etc, advised us the payment has gone through.. However after receiving the call I did some research to see this company is a scam.. Money lost, even tho we did receive an email however does not mean anything...
