Much like countless people in this thread. I have been scammed by this company in the same way the others have. What I do not understand, if so many of us have been scammed, why are they allowed to continue to do business? If we can't get refunds, the least we should be able to do is disrupt their "business". That means have all platforms remove them. That means Facebook, Instagram, and all others that allow them to advertise on their platform. We ALL need to go to The Better Business Bureau and file complaints and also go to the platform from which we ordered and let them know about our experiences in hopes that they take action as soon as possible.

Great idea! So I searched online for an address (reqd to file a complaint) and it seems it may also go by "Rocket Kommerce" and the address assoc is: NO. 1/1, 3TH FLOOR, VINAYAKA TOWERS 1ST CROSS, GANDHINAGAR BANGALORE KA 560009 IN. The BBB will redirect you to the econsumer.gov website for complaints that are outside of Canada/US. I'm working on mine...not sure that their info would show up on BBB though.

I too have been the victim of a scam by this “company”! $39.88 I paid them and I thought something was odd when I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Have received nothing from them!

I ordered a sponge and lids from this company and they took the payment from my bank on 16 June, I received no email confirmation and have heard nothing since. My bank won’t refund the money until I have contacted the company to request a refund! Catch 22. Does anyone know how to contact them? I found the advert on Duolingo, a language learning app.

I ordered a miracle brush pet groomer from this company: via Facebook on 12/6/2020.
The funds were taken from my account on 13/6/2020.
I have never received a confirmation email or the product, yet I am out of pocket.
I could of fed my children with the money this company have STOLEN from me.
I am completely devastated that people can be so cold hearted and callous in these times.
I WANT TO SEE THIS COMPANY BROUGHT TO JUSTICE: ASAP...

I ordered sponges on 5/18/20 $23.94 was deducted from my bank account the very next day & I have received nothing! I called several times and just got the run around and left on hold for more than a half hour. They cannot find my information. Bull! They stole my money! Take them off Facebook! Too many people have been scammed!

I ordered some magic lids on 17th June 2020. The money was taken out of my account but I have heard nothing since. I should have realised it was a scam because it said postage free and then I paid for the lids, I was charged an extra £4.97 postage. In total I paid £14.94. How is this company still allowed to advertise on facebook?

I called the phone # on this report. The lady who answered said the product comes from China and the Ship is on the way from China. She said the Ship (boat) is expected in the US July 2-3.

I ordered magic lids mid May 2020, got an email telling me I'd supplied the wrong address! Then an email telling me they were on their way with a tracking number that doesn't work. I emailed them, no response and still no lids. This was an add on facebook surely they have some responsibility?

Seems I've also fallen victim to this rotten organization. I also ordered, via their ad on Facebook, two sets of the miracle lids, in their buy two, get one free offer. Plus added another set, as it seemed an even better price. That was 15 June 2020, and then no follow-up email and nothing arrived. Am very annoyed and will follow this up with my bank tomorrow.

Ordered from an ad on facebook 3 Forever Sponge on 5-28-20 for $27.93. Today is 6-29-2020 and still nothing. The #800 at 9:44 AM EST says the office is closed and yet hours begin at 9AM. Anyone getting these things and resolutions?

Anyone technical in website etc, I found this by searching thru google. A bit of information about Rocket Commerce. Also on your bank statement you should find part of a website name of HTTPS FLOATIE. This is possibly another name they go under, but it definitely is a scam. Rockettcommerce was registered 29 May 2019, so you will probably find thats how long they have been scamming people.

I ordered the sponge about a month ago or so about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Do not order from the website or even fall for stuff through Facebook or Instagram and anything to get you to buy it total scam and very disappointed that it never came in the mail. Make sure you do your search before buying anything unless it's like target or walmart.
