On May 11, 2020, I ordered Revolutionary Silicone Caps. I received an email advising me it would take up to 25 business days and they would email me of the shipping date. It is now June 27, 2020, with no email and no package. I suppose I have been taken AGAIN.

I ordered 2 of the charging cables and I’ve never received an email but my money is gone $25.99 plus $5.99 I guess for shipping which was supposed to be free if you ordered 2 I feel so angry

Took my money 20 June - no order confirmation, many messages on facebook reorting non-delivery of products many weeks after ordering and payment taken.

Why are they allowed to continue advertising on facebook?

I ordered lids on 17 May 2020. Rockett took my money on 18 May. Rockett advised by email that they would advise when order had been sent and that delivery generally takes 10 - 25 business days. Not counting Saturdays and Sundays it is now 30 days!
Rockett said delivery would be by UPS. I have messaged and emailed Rockett several times but no answer. I do hate feeling I've been done! I should've read the reviews.I also had another order from another company being delivered by UPS and it disappeared at Tamworth.

I ordered Magic lids on 30th May 2020 and was told I would receive and invoice which I have not had. I have also had $47.93 taken from my account with absolutely nothing to show for my money. Not very happy. Please explain. Ursula Dunseath

This company is a SCAM. They stated buy two get one free. they charge me for three sets and never delivery. I called my bank to dispute the charges and they informed me that Rocket Commerce was pay in cash from my credit card what generated two new charges $10 for a cash transaction and $0.50 intereses. I still dispute the charges and hopefully I will recuperated the money.

Ordered from FB on June 7th. Money was taken immediately thru PayPal. I emailed Support and had a response quite quickly saying, order has shipped -- it takes 10-45 days to receive! Wow that's a long time for a little pkg. of lids. Guess I've been had :(

BEWARE, THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! I placed an order for the magic lids in April 2020 and now its June 25 and nothing. They sent me a confirmation of order and info that said I may take 10-25 days to ship but I would be able to track my order because as soon as they shipped my order I would receive another email wit tracking information.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ITS THREE MONTHS NOW AND NO MERCHANDISE! Don’t waste your money. My bank is helping me proceed with some legal action..

I order magic lids on 8 June, 2020 from ads on Facebook. Nothing has arrived. I had an email asking me to confirm my address, and then I received an email saying they had been shipped which included a UPS tracking number. However, when I logged onto UPS and entered the number it said it was invalid! Still no magic lids.

I ordered the forever sponge. The money was taken out instantly and I never received it (that as over two months ago). This is definitely a scam. Facebook needs to take this down. They're stealing money from hundreds if not thousands of people and getting away with it. Is this not illegal?
