I purchased an item off this company, I was told it would be next day delivery, that was on the 26/6/2020 up till now nothing I have sent them emails and have got emails back saying someone will be in touch some but nothing they have had my money and that is all it is a total scam people beware.

I use the language app Duolingo and this ad for silicone bowl covers advertised buy 2 sets get one free. As soon as I put my payment info in the page disappeared and 5 minutes later $23.94 was taken out of my acct. it is a TOTAL SCAM!! I have since read all kinds of complaints..they even have a Facebook page where people complain about payments made & merchandise never received. How do these companies get away with this? I also sent an email to Duolingo to let them know they are part of the problem by not checking out their advertisers!

I responded to an ad on Words With Friends. Looked legit; it isn't. Took my money, but hasn't sent any product. Responds fairly promptly to emails, but they always just string you along. Sent me an email with a tracking #, but not in the form of a link that you can click on, and it didn't identify what company was doing the 'shipping'. Total ripoff. I am monitoring my credit card to make sure they don't add completely bogus charges.

Me too on 23nd June no reipt reply or correspondence cant trace tbis seller all i notice in transaction is US so goods here are they received no info:no correspondence any sort. Im guessing to a many scam s on Facebook or any social media sites. I ordered pk 6 lids transaction is for sponges too. Prices being discounts they are not all been ripped off price at 6 & 12 onwards vary from £3-00 to 4.00. single buy @1..00 +. 2.00. On Joom elsewhere. REVIEWS are fake too. I searched this Rocket Site took some doing when i did the reveiws were deleted what were there just handful.

I ordered the forever sponge on June 6th and the money was taken out my account and here it is July 5th and still nothing. I gave it a while due to COVID but still it’s been over a month come tomorrow. I want my money back! I attached a receipt

I have 2 charges on my credit card for items I didn't order and actually don't know of a company called Rocket Commerce. One charge is for $23.94 and another for $5.99 on July 01, 2020. Went to order magic lids and so trying to check out kept being spammed to add more idam to cart, finley got tired of it an went to cancel total order and to delete my information at that time it automatically took over blanked me out and charged my bank account.. as of this time I can not find the page again so I got thire name from my account and googled them .. found out there are scammers..

I placed an order for silicone lids on 6/30/2020. It was posted by Rocket Commerce on my credit account on 7/1/2020. I have never received an order confirmation or any correspondence whatsoever concerting the purchase. I paid extra for postage but have no information regarding that either. A website address of us.miracllelids.co was posted on the facebook ad, but no such website exists.

Called the number in the middle of the day. Recorded message said the office is currently closed, even hours of operation are 9 - 6. It's a scam. They are just stringing you along with their 'delivery day' response.

Same experience as Karens except for a ordered the sponges. I ordered miracle lids on May 29, 2020 . The payment was taken out of my account but I have heard nothing since. I have been emailing support for weeks with no response and now the email address is undeliverable . There was no follow up email. Still have not received them. Absolute scam.
