Ordered charging cables and never received. Emails confirmed purchase and shipping. Tracking is “US UPS”, however tracking number doesn’t exist in UPS system or USPS. Sent two emails with a response both times of “ We received your email request! Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Ordered charging cables and never received. No response from them when emailed three different times. Big scam. They claim to stand behind their products and they give you a tracking # which is not any good, but they never respond to your message other than saying someone will be in touch. No one ever gets in touch.

I ordered sponges buy 2 get 1 free and I placed the order on may 28,2020 and it's now July 10,2020 I still haven't received nothing I tried emailing them but no response back i just want my money back the total was $29.93 I cant find a number to call no emails back either!

I purchased the Super Charge USB cables from an add with Words With Friends, mistakenly thinking it would be reputable. Took my money, but after 3 weeks haven't received the product (they claimed in the purchase process it would ship in 24 hours). They sent me an email with a bogus tracking #, claiming the product had shipped. I have called the toll free # (866-625-4184) several times. Every time save one I got a recorded message saying that the office hours are 9-6 Eastern time, but that the office is closed. Just now someone actually answered the phone: "Hello?" I asked if this was Rocket Commerce. She then said, in a thick foreign accent, "Yes, this is Katrina with Rocket Commerce." When I explained the situation, she tried to tell me that the product had already shipped but would take a while because it was coming from overseas. When I explained that I had researched the company on-line and had learned that it was a scam and that I wanted my money back, she hung up on me.

I purchased the Forever Sponge and Magic Lids through an ad on Scrabble Go on June 12/20, and my credit card had 4 charges for that same date, which surprised me. It is now July 10/20 and no product, no communication. Currently working with my credit card to get a refund. Research on facebook and it appears that their are a lot of people with multiple charges and not communication or product. Have contacted my credit card for a refund and they are investigating. I am also contacting https://scopely.com/ where I saw the ad.

I was charged for the three Forever Sponges but never received them it is now 8 weeks and I haven’t received or heard anything from this company.

I ordered some phone chargers from a link in Duolingo, thinking it would’ve been reputable as they advertise lots of goods on there. The receipt was supposed to be sent to my email but I decided it looked dodgy as it gave two prices for delivery which seemed excessive and the third option said ‘I don’t mind how long it takes’. So I decided to try to go back and clear my details. The screen went blank but two days later the money went straight out of my account and I have no receipt or contact details. Looks like I can kiss my money goodbye. How are they allowed to get away with this? You can’t just say it is someone else! Surely the money can be traced!
