I made my purchase of three iphone chargers June 22nd, its July 14th and still have received my items. I did received a tracking number but does not work for ANY carrier. I emailed their “support” email to ask for an update and received an email saying due to COVID replies will be delayed. I think that whole website was a scam, seeing the amount of people on the same boat as I am.

I ordered them also from Facebook ad. I still haven’t received and no reply from the email I sent. I’m thinking it is a scam. They also added another item to my order that I didn’t order.

Ordered a “super charge” charger with a wall base and an extended warranty. What I received in the mail in its stead was a tiny, cheap, Bluetooth speaker. Googled it and the price was about $5. Couldn’t trace the tracking, just annoying. HUGE SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY

My name is Lillian Herrington, on 4/20/2020, I ordered 2 sets of Magic Lids. My order # 8390E927FA. The total price was $29.93. This was charges to my credit card. Today I have not received my merchandise not have I received a response as to what the situation is after several contacts. The last tracking date that I could see was 5/12/20 coming from China. As I now notice, there is a code RV403639116CN which means expired. I want my money back and this Co. to held accountable for stealing.

However, If you ordered through “rocketcommerce.com” they are tardy delivery stated 2-5 weeks.
After 8 weeks my lids arrived in Canada, posted from UK & they are really good ?
Unfortunately a week ago, I registered a dispute with VISA & received a refund of $36.91.
Typing this while in a two hour queue to reinstate my credit card payment ?

We ordered the same on the 23rd May. You get all the usual confirmation e-mail with tracking number that doesn’t work, they take the money then nothing. This is a scam and I think it is disgraceful that Facebook where we saw the advert allow this to go on.
We will as a result never ever buy anything from a advert on Facebook.
Trying to reclaim via bank but don’t hold out much hope.
Do not deal with this company.

I ordered 3 charger cords from this company but never received them. After about 3 weeks I got an email With a tracking number my cords were on the way. That was on July 7th. As of today July the 13th I have still not received the cords and I could not track the shipment based on the tracking number they provided.

I bought a Super Charge cable via an ad on Duolingo app. Took my money straight away but have never received email confirmation or product. As there was no mention of the company name before purchase there was no way to check their rating. Only found out it was Rocket Commerce from the transaction on my credit card. Felt sick when I googled and saw all the terrible reviews/ratings and complaints. Why is this company still allowed to operate and why are Facebook, Duolingo etc helping them con people?

I ordered a phone charger and by time they didn't send me a confirmation email I went to cancel my order they already took my money off my card and now there is no way to get in touch with the company. Me being one of 293 complaints I don't understand why that website is still allowed to operate.
