On 11/3/2020 I ordered $95 worth of Christmas decorations and paid with PayPal. I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order from DreamyLives Co. Ltd. I did receive notification from PayPal that the payment had been made. I sent an email to [email protected] with my concerns. I did receive an email from them with a name Cathyz telling me they needed a name and email address which I provided 3 times. Now I can't sent anymore emails to them. I even sent information to the [email protected] which is the address the payment went to and was processed. That address is also blocked.

I purchased an ornamental Christmas tree from this company, although I believe it trades under various names. As other customers have already stated what the customer actually receives is a photocopy of a picture of the item! This is delivered in an envelope which has to be scanned by the postman as proof of delivery. This way the company claims that they have proof the item was delivered even though it is not the item that you paid for. Disgusting and should be stopped!

I purchased what I thought were Christmas decorations and I received two what look like colour photocopies of the two trees which I thought I had purchased.
I paid $27.98 US which equates to $41.06 Australian. FOR TWO PHOTOCOPIES?
I cannot believe this ripoff and I am disgusted to think that they can get away with it without some sort of punishment.
I am absolutely disgusted with this rip off and would never recommend this fraudster to anyone.
Plus they were folded in half which would have spoilt the pictures if THAT IS WHAT I THOUGHT I ORDERED!

Ordered from this company a month ago. Received the package AFTER I CONTACTED PAYPAL. The product is NOT a garden gnome but a Disney dwarf. Dopey to be exact. The company responded finally and offered me a $10 shipping voucher. Um, what makes them think I want to order from them again. Ugh.

So disappointed that Facebook would allow them to put scam adds on their website site. I’m hoping to get my money back so aggravated right now ?

If you purchased by PayPal, before sending back the items to Dreamslive, dispute it with PayPal first then they will give you the address, then you contact PayPal via PayPal message again to ask for activating the refund for shipping cost (Up to $30. I've checked @ USPS, the cost to mail to China is less than $30. Don't worry). Go and return it, scan the receipt/ tracking number to send it to PayPal via message. This scammer has to pay for the return shipping cost and refund your money back. Don't forget to take all pictures related to it.

I bought was was surposed to be a Christmas ornaments of a train moving around Christmas tree. It was almost 20 dollers. But all I got was a sticker of the item they was selling. Very upset and angy

I sent an order for €64.95 for Evil Elves. I got a tracking number LZ402759015CN. When I tried to check it I got an answer saying this wasn't a correct tracking number. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal today. Please Dreamy Lives can you confirm that my order is on its way and what is the correct tracking number. I am worried that thus a scam. Please put my mind at rest and answer this message.
