I bought 2 mobiles of a revolving trains on a Christmas tree. I got 2 pictures of a Christmas tree. Paypal defends this scam company. they want me to send the pictures back to China. It will cost up to $20.00. What a rip off. Looks like boatloads of people got ripped off from the facebook ad. They are still selling.

Paypal did translate the address to English after I call them.

You can ship the papers back to Dreamy in China. PayPal said that it will refund up to $30 of return shipping costs for each request when I provide the return tracking number (paypal.com/return). I believe the scammer business has to pay for that shipping cost when they work with PayPal. Now I'm going to send the items back. I'm glad that the scammer cannot steal money from people that easily.

I have the same problem received a poxy print , raise a dispute with paypal if you paid through them , if not try ringing your credit card company that you paid it with , did the bag the picture came in have a return address in Middlesex , i rang them they told me the were a forwarding company , they must be up to their necks in it

On October 18,2020 from Facebook I ordered 2-24 inch Snowmen Wreaths with Lanterns thru Paypal Ref # 744234MM16XVA432 and was charged $37.98 with Dreamylives I received in the mail 2 snowman window clings this is not at all what i ordered and I have tried to contact the company but to no avail I want my money back in my account this company should not be able to do this to people.

Read my complaint that I've just posted. I took it up with PayPal and received a full refund without returning the item! This may have been due to the confusion they caused over translating the return address but worth a try.

PayPal translated the Chinese address for me, tell me to return it with the address, and give Paypal the proof, they will let the scammer refunds my money and pays for the shipping cost.

Like many others I ordered what I thought was a revolving Christmas tree decoration. On arrival, some time later, this proved to be a photocopy of a picture of one. Many emails were sent backwards and forwards offering me ridiculous partial refunds which were refused in no uncertain terms. I then took this up with PayPal. I was told that I would receive a full refund, to return the item and upload the tracking information to the resolution centre. On taking it to the post office I was told that the address had to be in English and that it would cost just over £10 to return it! But I thought maybe a refund less the postage was better than none. So I asked PayPal to supply me with the English translation which they agreed to do. Days past, I messaged them repeatedly but no translation so I found the translation myself. On informing PayPal of this I was hastily replied to saying that an address not supplied by them would result in my claim being refused! The last straw! So I told PayPal, politely but firmly, exactly what I thought of their service and lo and behold, within hours, I received a full refund in my account and a message saying that I did not now need to return the item! I'm speechless!

I made the same mistake because the scammer shows a video clip about the train- Christmas tree. I did read very carefully the description, but they were lying very well. I saw Paypal there, so I bought 2 trees. When I got 2 papers/stickers, I disputed through Paypal, got a response to send it back to China, although the items were sent from California, zip code 90021. PayPal is giving me only one option that is "Upload Tracking Info". The shipping address is Chinese; who can understand it? I'm messaging to Paypal, but no answer yet. I'm calling PayPal, 1 (888) 221-1161, told they will call me back in 40 min. to 1 hour. Should never believe online China's offers/products. China's businesses are all liars.

SCAM! I ordered a Christmas Tree with a train that goes round and round. It was so pretty looking.
But that is NOT what They gave me.
Yesterday I received a picture of it. That's it. No tree.
I want a refund immediately!

However, where the postage was labeled, it gave a zipcode of 90021.
I NEED a refund!
