I waited 4 months to get it and now it doesn’t even fit over the sink
A scam company. I would never order ftom facebook again. Ever. Just crap advertised to pull us in. Liars at best

I ordered three Rolling Sink Racks for me and to give two away as gifts. I ordered them back on March 30, 2020 and haven’t received anything. I emailed them and they emailed me a bogus shipping number and said they where On the way on May 25. I waited again and then realized something isn’t right. I thought it was the Covid causing the delay but I’m realizing now I was scammed $46.85. I emailed them again in June 18 asking for a refund and they again said it was out for shipment and it would take 15-20days. Well I still don’t have any materials but I have the emails and PayPal proof of purchase. How can I get my money back?

I 'fell' for the same scam, ordered the 'rack's back in Apr 2020, followed the shipping, items supposedly 'lost' at the airport (CHINA). Has I know the product was coming from China, I would never have ordered them. I thought I was dealing with a USA company. Paypal, hasn't been much help. I asked them for a refund of my money, I keep getting emails from SHOPIFY, saying wait 15-20 days, then they wanted to give me a $5.00 coupon toward a future purchase (LOL). Latest email they want to refund me 50%. I told them as a retailer they should have insurance to cover 'lost' items. I keep replying over and over saying I want a full refund. So, I think we should all post this company and SHOPIFY on FACEBOOK and warn others.

you can TRY to email [email protected] but all you will get is canned, prewritten responses.. you can TRY to file a claim with PayPal but they will ask you to resolve with the seller or contact your bank to reverse the charge... but depending on your bank, like mine, they refuse to reverse PayPal payments

I ordered a metal over the sink drainer in March 2020. Still have not received it & they sent me a FAKE tracking #. Tried to get help through PayPal, but nothing! They could have helped by a certain date but said try to resolve it with this company. They kept telling me they sent it out & would be here, but by then Paypal time had run out & now I'm stuck.
